Incompetent. I delivered my Huawei cellphone (still under warranty) more than two weeks ago because it was badly charged and discharged immediately, I recovered it after two weeks (and various complaints and phone calls to which they did not respond). The phone has the same problems as when I handed it over. They just made me waste time.
