I can only be extremely satisfied, if I could give 6 stars! Mandate in warranty assistance with home collection of a Huawei P8 Lite, which after 10 months of purchase in a short time did not work anymore, first the bluetooth, then the wifi. I contacted the Huawei call center to which I explained the two problems Monday 3/10/16, I agreed for the collection at home with the courier for 10/05/2016, telling me that they would send the phone to the Pacini Video service center and that it would have been repaired in 7 days .. I must admit it seemed to me a very optimistic timing, instead with great amazement today 11/10/2016 Bartolini delivered me the cell phone to which the motherboard was replaced and now it works very well. The service center was also very friendly on the occasion of an email sent to them to request information and to which they responded after only 10 minutes. What can I say .. Professionals to the fullest, congratulations!
