I had a great time, I brought my phone that didn't turn on anymore, they told me that I would have to wait about 2 weeks and 10 days later they returned it to me working (complete replacement of the motherboard that was damaged). Probably people leave reviews only when they have had negative experiences to "let off steam" and nobody gets uncomfortable writing if everything went well.
