All I can do is confirm what has already been written by other people. They are incompetent buffoons, and they don't even reply to emails .. My P8 lite IN WARRANTY sent for assistance because the wi-fi has stopped working overnight .. they don't let me know anything for almost a month, and only after my reminder do they reply that the repair was not covered by the warranty as the software had been tampered with! Manipulated?? but by whom? Holy spirit ?? BUFFONI !!
