if you could put 0 stars I would put them. Sent an honor 7 phone for battery problems (obvious, since it was turned off at 50%), the first time it comes back with a software update, I send it back and they think to change my motherboard. Well, I do the restore, I load it, when it finishes charging I take it off and while watching the news on the internet it turns off at 70%. the battery reaches 0 in an instant and turns off. Does it take a degree to understand that it is the battery? Incompetent. 7 working days to replace a battery, mobile phone returned with the same battery but motherboard replaced. Result? After 8 working days I phoned the same assistance, not having any more news, and not only the young lady was kind in answering me, the next day I was sent back repaired. 10 working days including shipments (round trip are 4 days) and my mini transformer is in place.

The telephone still under warranty is withdrawn on Tuesday and is returned in working order, with a replacement of the logic board, the following Tuesday. 7 days to carry out the repair.

I have a Huawai P8 lite still under warranty, and I noticed that the wifi and hotspots didn't work, so after so many tips taken via the web, I couldn't solve it to make it work. I am thrilled with the incompetence of the people I dealt with at this center. I'll tell you my story: I buy a huwei p9 on September 18th. 2 days later, falling on the table breaks the outer glass covering the cameras. I call n. Green huwei and they advise me to mamdarlo in repair as I have vip guarantee for 3 months and I have free replacement. I book courier for the 27th day which regularly collects the device. Hence an endless odyssey. On October 3rd I get a quote of about 120 for glass replacement. I complain that they told me it was covered by a guarantee. The gentlemen say that the warranty does not cover the rear glass and that I have to pay for the repair. Obviously I refuse and ask for the immediate dispatch of the phone. After various diatribes, finally, yesterday comes back and surprise: the fingerprint scanner seems to be disabled, it has disappeared from the settings as if the device were not deprived of it. I write New Pacini's mail to the center and what's my answer? To call huawei !! Today I call another huawei repair center which confirms that the warranty covers the rear window. Moral of the story: they wanted to fuck me with a 120 quote I didn't accept and they are making me pay by not wanting to tell me what the hell fingerprints did to the scanner. But it does not end here .. Fathers and incompetents. Shame.

To tell the truth this vote would go to 3 components: LG in the first place, video pacini in second and finally axtel that has the minor faults, but let's get to the point: Porto in assistance at the collection point Axtel a 5x nexus with 20 days of life because the fingerprint sensor has faded and after 20 days is inadmissible for something to use with the hands. Axtel email assures me that the intervention is under warranty so I go in person to the place. Here I find a receptionist who takes my data and the reason for the repair, marking in large letters that this is the discoloration of the sensor. After 4 weeks, they contact me saying that my phone is ready and here the hoax arrives: I find out that the phone has been sent to videopacini, where despite having received the signal to repair the fingerprint sensor for fading, they decide instead to replace the speaker that actually worked ... moral of the story, LG scandalous assistance, but above all stay away from axtel for their poor level of communication and peace of mind for their incompetence (as well as "cunning")

I am an Honor 7 owner still under warranty. From one day to the next the battery stops working ... It reaches 40% and then switches off, with a total autonomy of 3 hours (when I first reached the end of the day). Through Huawei assistance I send to them and they return me with the description of the repair "software update". I turn it on 100%, use it about 3 hours and ... It dies exactly as before.
Contacted Huawei support again and they tell me to be patient and send it again writing that the phone needs a battery change. I do so and I come back with the description "no anomaly detected". I didn't want to believe it. I turn it on and find the battery at 36%, I use it and it turns off after 2 minutes ...
Bad service. I am amazed that a large company like Huawei relies on a service center that does not satisfy the customer in the least ... I seem to be in "good" company.

On September 3rd 2019 I bought a battery for my LG G3 through the LG shop that is used by this service center.
Today we are at 13 September, I spent 28, ( 19 for the battery, 9 for shipping), but the shadow of the battery is still not visible. I wrote to LG three times, replying that I had to look at the outcome of the shipment on the account that they made me open on their site. After 10 days from payment, he still tells me IN PREPARATION, I'm starting to think about whether I bought a simple battery, or a roof-top house, given the very long preparation times for the shipment. I requested a refund of my 28.

Sent ASUS pc for warranty repair reporting 2 problems, one of a software nature (a windows error on startup) and battery replacement (not under warranty because it appears that the batteries only have 1 year warranty). PC NEW, sent in assistance for a problem to the Wi-Fi card I was returned with grooves on the main body, the followings to the replacement of the motherboard I found myself the "under" part of the PC mounted in a way out of the normal: body that does not fits together with the hinges and then "scratches", raised spy compartment (with highly visible bump), more serious: Botta on the right corner of the PC, I repeat: PC NEW, purchased on December 25th and brought to the assistance on January 2, 17 .

In conclusion:
1. Furrows on the main body;
2. Blow lower right corner;
3. Hinges with non-matching body, the consequence was the inner connectors;
4. Spy room evidently with a ditch;
5. Pc returned from assistance after exactly 30 days.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ASSISTANCE CENTER, THEY WORK VERY BAD.

I took my asus to repair under warranty and I have not passed it xke the first time I had brought in another center asus therefore always under warranty. They have not earned it and the second time they have not passed the guarantee they asked me 60 euros to send me back the phone they sent me a picture of a phone ke could not be my saying ke had some original nn pieces when it was not true. I paid the 60 euro I took the phone to another service center and they discovered ke video pacini broke my phone's microphone and there were pieces inside ke had changed ke had been broken by them, pieces ke had nothing to do with repair of a screen. So send the phone from them not only do not veil pass under warranty but they ask for money, they break the phone and they also make the blame fall on you.
