I took my web-cube in for service, they kept it 20 days and then I discovered that it had been back for more than a week and if I hadn't called I probably would never have given it back. THE system to notify you when the totally non-existent repair is finished. Them of a rare rudeness. I look forward to seeing tonight if they have at least solved the problem.
