Shameful to say the least. I own an Honor 7 (Huawei). I sent him to service for battery and screen problems. They sent it back to me after a month with the voice "no defect detected." I'm calling, I'm pissed and do you know what the reason is? "For the battery you must also send the charger (and nobody has ever specified this thing), while for the screen unfortunately the note written by the operator has been cut."
