Assistance for H3g very bad !!!! They have not communicated closing last week of December so I could not receive the replacement phone for which I pay regular helmet and that on 21.12 I had requested to receive at Pacini for convenience of the area (already according to H3g the store would have remained regularly open all December ). Today I discover that Pacini decided last minute not to open until next week which, if it had been communicated to me last Monday (when I spoke to the Pacini store that manages other brands and that it remained regularly open), would have allowed me to cancel the request by requesting delivery to another store. What to say? Take away the H3g assistance !!!!! Already in the past I had verified at this shop little professionalism and little courtesy. To reiterate !!!! A star is really too much, too bad we can't publish it to zero ...
