I no longer wonder why a company like Huawei relies on a service center like this because, although they report it, they answer you '' we are sure that our service centers are doing everything possible ''. Well if it is possible to make the phone with the same problem and not even test it before sending it back, they should not even launch on the Italian market. That said, try, if possible (for Huawei with little choice), to take it to some other center.
