Avoid like the plague!
I have a Huawei P20 pro. Nothing to say on the phone, nice though expensive. Unfortunately, the battery was inflated. Being still under warranty (bought through a telephone operator), I take it to Huawei's support in via Pacini. Friendly welcome and quick procedures. The positive notes, however, end here! I am notified by email 5 days later telling me that due to a simple scratch on the display (which does not limit the correct use of the mobile phone) the phone cannot be repaired under warranty and they offer me a quote with replacement of the defective battery and also of the display , all at the modest sum of around 250! It is simply a quibble to avoid making a warranty repair and collecting more money. I immediately called videopacini (35 minutes waiting and this already says a lot) and I was again confirmed that due to an aesthetic damage (!!! - scratch of 1 cm lateral almost imperceptible) the mobile cannot be repaired under warranty . Customer service is really bad if you can go elsewhere. If you have to pay rather you go to Paolo Sarpi: they repair immediately and with lower costs (so even the telephone is Chinese!).
