We recently purchased a 2013 Equinox (used vehicle). We dealt with Craig and Jackie and were very impressed by the honesty and the way we were treated. We felt very comfortable "making the deal" that day and went home happy customers. Picked up the car the next week and it was detailed beautifully. The car runs great and we are very happy with it. The only problem was that the battery died within the first month of ownership. Pleasantly surprised at how easy it is on gas during a couple of recent trips.

Great service and support! I bought a Lancer back in 2008. We decided we wanted something bigger, so we looked at the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander. We received great information, and never felt pressured. The sales person took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and why. We took a little more time to shop around and found the price to be very good, relative to other similar vehicles.

I purchased a used vehicle. I was first informed that the advertised price did not include all their hidden fees. I made it clear that this was in direct violation of the Manitoba Retail Sales Act; the price was therefore reduced to accommodate their 'hidden fees'.

General Manager Mehdi Moghareh then told me that for additional an additional cost, they would flush all the fluids. After I agreed, he said they were only going to flush the ones that needed to be done. I was then told that none of them needed to be done and took my money anyway.

I took pictures of the vehicle before it went into the shop to finish the safety inspection. When I brought it home I noticed that the locking lug nuts had been removed and replaced with lug nuts that didn't match the rest. I have pictures before and after clearly showing this.

The salesperson was great, but he will get his own review. I do not want to use his name in the same review as his unprofessional and devious of general manager and mechanic.

Very disappointed, my drivers window just fell off it's track Today!!! And i didn t do anything but use the button to roll it down for a minute,didn't want to go up though! Also they're trying to charge me 54$ to reset my tire sensors !! & that I have to do it each time my winter tires are switched my cars a 2017 Lancer limited edition. Also had faulty glass in the back & It shattered when I shut my trunk 6 months after I bought it (I never use my trunk either and didn t slam it , was gentle cause it's a brand new car!! Nothing was on it or near the glass. I had to pay to get it fixed at speedy glass &they said it was probably old glass)

Robert's quite the go to person and he's straightforward, gave us all the details and information with regards to our purchased Outlander. He's really good with the job and very focused on what the customers need and would not leave you in the dark. Allison also took care of our financing and she also excels at explaining everything and at the same time serving the customers right. A few weeks ago I gave a bad review to Waverly Mitsubishi because of the poor service and horribly long wait times. Today I brought my RVR into Vickar Mitsubishi for a warranty issue because I would never go back to Waverly. Well it s the same. I waited 6 hours for something they said would take 2 to 3 hours. Basically both dealerships service departments are terribly slow. It s a lose lose situation. Just go to the dealership that s closer to your home or work, expect the work to take 2 to 3 times longer than stated, and don t make any plans; or you could just not buy a Mitsubishi, which is too bad. They are really great vehicles and I have nothing bad to say about my RVR.

2 stars, not 1, because the staff in the service department and the shuttle drivers are really polite and friendly.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!
I bring my SUV in loyally to the company for oil changes and the full inspections. The last time I brought it in to them they had checked off that they had done the full inspection and charged me the normal few hundred dollars.
When I got home I noticed that they had not rotated my tires. I looked on the sheet and they had checked it off that they did. Well, I knew they had not as I had a slow leak in one of them and forgot to mention it. When I called them to ask them about it they said "We knew you were going to change them anyways". I replied "If you didn't do this and you checked it off what else did you not do and charge me for it".

Walked in, looked at a couple cars... even though I as the only one in the whole building... no one came and talked to me. So i eventually asked one of the sales reps for a brand New or 2014 Lancer Evo. They said they had none in stock... Again, I repeated that I was interested in buying one. The guy pretty much said "too bad so sad... you probably cant afford it anyways". Screw these guys... I'll go spend my 70k somewhere else.

The whole deal was a mess and they were very pushy, this also being my first experience buying from a dealership I will do a couple things differently in the future but this was my experience nonetheless. Seeing a great looking vehicle and contacting the dealer for a test drive the day after we contacted them, we recieved a call 30 minutes later asking if we wanted to test drive it today because it was the end of the month, telling us we'll get a better deal, (we didn't get a better deal) after telling them multiple times we were on a time crunch since I worked, they kept pushing forward and wanted us to fill out all the paper work before I left, I barely made it to work on time. After buying a used vehicle from here because of the promises the dealer made (which sounded great at the time) the dealership only fixed one of the issues we had since "we weren't clear enough to him". after us calling them multiple times and them not calling back, not offering us a courtesy vehicle, saying that they'll transfer funds to our account for the repairs because the garage was full till January (it was November at the time) even though when we called about itwe got a spot at their garage for repairs in December, telling us first to go to autopac to make a claim for the damages on the car they promised to fix and I didn't even do the damage, and threatening us that they'll tow our vehicle if we don't pick it up, I would not recommend anyone to buy their vehicle from here, shady business practices and trash workers. 0/5

IF YOU'RE THINKING OF GETTING A MITSUBISHI I WOULD RECONSIDER ANOTHER MAKE LIKE HONDA OR SUBARU.
One star is being generous, even though the staff is nice it is less than helpful. In the first 1.5 years of owning my new car bought from this dealership o had nothing but issues. I got a nail in the tire, they told me to come down so they can fix it, and then wanted to charge us $400 for new tire and service (let's not forget that Mitsubishi has 10yr warranty so this should be covered).
The service takes a long time, my battery keeps on dying for a new 2015 lancer and I was at the service for 1.5 hour while the report said "charged batter for 30min". Their service was unhelpful because 30 min later the battery died again and I had to ask for boosts from strangers.

Inconsistent service. Had one car in last week and service was great. Fast, friendly, and they gave my car a rinse off for me too. That was a nice touch. This week I had the other car in for a tire swap and oil change, it was 6 hours before I finally called to see if it was ready. It was but nobody called me. Went to pick it up and it was filthy and they had left the plastic cover on the driver seat and paper on the floor. They've also recently raised their tire storage price. Will be exploring other options.

*UPDATE: When we did the post-service online feedback, they contacted us in a few days and were very apologetic. Offered some compensation to make amends. Appreciated. Changed 2 stars to 4.

We really appreciated our sales experience here, the salesperson was not pushy but was very effective in finding us what we wanted. We felt we got a good deal on our vehicle, and the free oil changes for life was a nice bonus.

3 stars though, because of the pushy service department after the fact. They're trying to get me in there with my 2012 ford focus for transmission changes and oil changes every six months when I know for a fact, direct from Ford, that it doesn't need it. The oil changes are free, so no big deal, but they're wanting to charge me a chunk of change for flushing the transmission, when it's a dry transmission that doesn't require maintenance until 150k miles

On Feb 13, I purchased a 2015 Lancer from Robert Misa. The car he sold me was not the car he promised me. He either lacked basic knowledge about it or maliciously withheld information. After a month of frustration I went back and spoke to the sales manager, Fawaz Azhar. He took my concerns seriously and was eager to make it right. He refunded my car in full and had me driving home in a new 2017 lancer that day. I could not be more impressed with Fawaz and how he conducted business. Despite the turmoil with Robert, I am driving the car I want, I got a great deal and I am very happy!

Don't buy Mitsubishi car thinking about WARRANTY. Per Mitsubishi the rear axle seal that is leaking on my Mitsubishi is on WARRANTY, but the labor to change it was quoted to be about $350 and some other part that may have to be replaced because of the WARRANTY job would be $150. So the WARRANTY job is $500 because I was told "is cold and snowy in Winnipeg" and Mitsubishi will not do the WARRANTY job without additional payment. Some great WARRANTY.

Update: After a week of having the 2020 eclipse cross, we have noticed a few technical flaws to the vehicle. We have brought said issues upon the attention of Robert and we have been promised that they will look into it, and fix the flaws this coming week. Hopefully, they will keep their word and these flaws will be fixed as it is a major safety issue.

2nd update: So we got the vehicle back and with all the issues that were brought up, none were addressed. When I called them back about it, they said that they checked it and it was "working." Yet for some reason the minute it got back to us, and when we tried it, it was not working at all.

We just purchased our RVR 2017 from this dealer and we couldn't be happier. :) We dealt with Robert and he instantly made us feel that we've known each other for so long. Lol. His own way of explaining things and his "hypnotic" persuasion skills are very impressive. Now we know why a lot of clients are commending him. :)

Terrible service. Go somewhere else. Brought it in for a recall not even a year after buying it. No help whatsoever when I first arrive. Waited over an hour past my appointment to even have it looked at. And they helped customers who arrived after, first. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ONCE AGAIN. THE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WASN'T GREAT EITHER. When I think about Vickar Mitsubishi, A bunch of LIARS come up on my mind!!!
Especially beware of ROBERT MISA, don't let his SWEET TALK LIES get over your mind. I went there at the first place to see the one I am interested while searching on autotrader and when I came, he told me the car is sold and try to offer me bunch of car with fake promises. He promised me a rate and the day I come back to get the car, they force me to sign higher rate with bunch of lies. 3 months later I came and claim that the brake rotors keep making noises from the beginning but i did not know that is a problem because it is my very first car. They told me as long as the car passed safety one the first day, they don't care what I say and they are not gonna fix it!!!!
I ended up trading my car yo Birchwood and got a Honda instead!
NOT RECOMMENDED VICKAR MITSUBISHI!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I m not satisfied with a service received last Saturday. I booked an appointment for two reasons: oil change with regular one, and an issue with noise producing by my car when it s moving on high speed (100 Kmh and up) with the noise amplifying when turning sterling wheel to the right.
I arrived on time at 10 am and described all the stuff to the service employee. After 1 hour and a half of waiting I noticed that completely nothing was done to my car. It was just standing all the time with an open hood.
Than I came to the service guy and said that I have no time to wait any more because my next appointment, and asked only for oil change but with the regular oil but NOT with the synthetic one, and asked to provide me with the shuttle service to my bank appointment. At the same time mechanic came and said that he needs to do a road test to figure out the nature of the noise producing by my car.
Finally We agreed that my car will be serviced including oil change and road test for noise check while I take care of my private businesses.
When I came back to pick up my car I was informed that many services had been done including SYNTHETIC oil change but no regular oil, and also no road test had been done as well.
That means that noise issue remains unresolved. That also means that I paid for the service $300 which I didn t want initially and didn t receive the service which I did expect.

*Update: Today, on November 22, The issue with a noise (bearing on the front driver side) producing by my 2014 Outlander was identified and fixed (thanks to Rhodel the mechanic - he is really the professional guy) during my second visit after the road test and inside the shop inspection was conducted. During the waiting time at the shop, which took more than 4 hours, I noticed some promotions placed on the coffee machine in the waiting room. Among them:
0% financing on 84 months, $2300 no charges for all-wheel control option on select models. When I asked the seller about that he was quite surprised and couldn t explain nothing sensible about it. Instead he said that finIt shows clearly that Vicar Mitsubishi isn t a place where you can trust...

Fast, efficient and fair service! Experienced one small issue 2 weeks after purchasing our vehicle and even though the deal was closed, it was dealt with promptly. Our primary dealings were with Tony Cantin; however, to close the deal as well as servicing after the fact required us to deal with other team members, and every single person we dealt with was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Would definitely purchase through them again.

I had a very good experience at Vickar Mitsubishi, Robert Misa was great! He was the sales consultant to help me and my husband find our 1st car and he was very helpful and informative the whole way through the buying process. The doubts I had after purchasing were answered by Lisa, who was very nice. If it was for the sales consultant I would have given 5 stars but I won't just because I still am sad with the fact that my car was advertised on the website for 23.999 and when I went to close the deal it was 25062, according to manager it was an "error" from the website. Even tried to joke (need to say, bad/inappropriate joke) saying probably the fault was from the company responsible for the website updates ( were my husband works).... But since we really wanted the car, we let it slide...

EXTREMELY PUSHY! I was called in because they received a trade in and "it was exactly what I was looking for". They knew what my budget was but wouldn't tell me the price over the phone or when I got there to take it for a test drive. After 2 hrs of waiting for them to work out the numbers (back and forth) they tried convincing me to spend $1500 over my budget. I clearly wasn't impressed asking them why they called me in to look at something I couldn't afford so the manager went back to "work on the numbers" and came out with a contract that was now $500 over my budget but had a $689 Admin fee. I questioned the fee that hadn't been mentioned over the 2 hr period and the GM threw his pen across the desk and stormed off. Terrible experience. So many red flags in hindsight. NEVER GOING BACK!

I always get top notch service from Tony, Josh and Steven (and all of the rest of the crew) at Vickar Mitsubishi. I had an issue with my Hand-free system and it was not easy to resolve, so it took a few days to fix. They offered to give me a courtesy car or drive me anywhere I needed to be. They resolved the issue and Josh kept me informed every step of the way. Tony (the Manager) even walked me out to my car to test it and make sure that it worked with my phone. The ownership he took in helping resolve my issue was exceptional. I was so happy with their service I went and dropped off donuts to say thank you.

They consistently exceed my service expectations. Every time I come in for an oil change Josh and Steven take great care of me. They are cheerful and remember personal details from previous conversations . The last time I brought my car in for an oil change, I was leaving work to get back to the dealership, but my parkade had a mechanical issue with their door causing me to be late. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Steven. I told him I didn t think I could make it on time before the dealership closed, and was it possible to leave my keys in the car and let me pay over the phone? Instead, he told me Don t worry. Take your time. Drive safe. I ll stay until you get here. They are an awesome dealership and I would highly recommend them.
