Sorry, never stayed in here, my review is strictly about the restaurant.
We go here for lunch meeting quite often.
We like it here because of the parking, on Sat you can park on the next lot for free, and the restaurant itself is very clean with white table cloth and all.
Food is tasty.
Yeah, I definitely recommend the restaurant part of the JJ Grand Hotel.
Great place for lunch meeting or a group party.

It was my first time in New York and I wasn t expecting such an amazing hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful. We were on the 5th floor, the room with the patio and it was great but because it was so cold, the room was too cool even if the heater was on. We called in front desk and they sent someone up right away, however nothing could be done so they quickly got us a new room on the 22nd floor. One of the perks of the room was the iHome system. The customer service was great! Everyone was kind and friendly. Especially David the concierge, he was so friendly and he even got us reservations on New Year s Eve! Abu the doorman was so friendly and helped us get around and recommend places. Overall we had an amazing experience and we fell in love with the langham and New York City. I would definitely be going back and I would definitely recommend!

It's pricey and worth it ... A+ and 5 stars for The Langham for consistently excellent service. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you have or get what you need, and always with a smile too

Disappointed at the staff at the front. It was Saturday night around 10:30 pm staff that was working was rude. We went upstairs to the restaurant that place looked deserted. Beautiful ambience but just because something looks good doesn't mean the staff will be the same. Caution if you're planning on coming here make sure you check in early when you have the friendlier staff but not the late night staff because you could see a huge difference and hear a huge difference in attitude.

Gorgeous hotel, with immaculate room. Loved our giant sizes bath tub.

Staff were very helpful especially the concierge who couldn't do more to help us book restaurants and suggesting places to see.

The hotel restaurant is not your average, Michelin rated it is expensive but appropriately so. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, we were delayed in seating, but the service was very attentive. The pasta dishes were excellent and the desserts are unbelievably delicious and well created

I had a fantastic restaurant week meal at Ai Fiori - the service was impeccable and the food was very special. It is located inside the lobby of The Langham, up a flight of stairs. There is complimentary coat check service and a seating area near the bar that doesn't require reservations. We had reservations and sat in the restaurant proper, which was lovely. I ordered a cappuccino after lunch, and the barista created latte art of "my face!" (A person with glasses). Ai fiori is very high end, and I would recommend it for a restaurant week meal.

Went for brunch. Coffee was refilled constantly, and wait staff was very attentive. I had the bagel and lox- the best bagel I had in a long time! However I didn't feel like there was more than 1 particularly special or unique item on the menu... A little disappointed for a Michelin star.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, my first time in new York was amazing. I spent a week here for my 30th and the staff at The Langham made it a great stay as they are so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, the facilities are brilliant, I regret not making more use of them but they have a business centre, gym and spa and not to mention a Michelin starred restaurant. Being on 5th AVE you've got shops on your doorstep, the empire state is a couple of blocks away, rockefeller, times Square and central park all in walking distance. From checking in and checking out we was made to feel so welcome, I can't wait to revisit NYC and will definitely be staying at the Langham again, I really can't recommend enough

I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel to too many people, but it suited my short-stay needs just fine.

Pros:
-Friendly staff!
-Good location, you can see up into the hills and there's lots of options for both Korean and non-Korean food nearby, whether you want a quick bite or more of a sit down meal.
-Clean room with comfy beds.
-Quiet, hardly any traffic noise.
-Well-priced!

All staff I met have been wonderful and go out of their way to assist and ensure my stay is great. Rooms are very nice, and what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Location is very good, between uptown and downtown so near everything.

Excellent service. The concierge and the staff are highly attentive.

We had a mix up with a voucher we had for a free stay and the staff were very accommodating and extremely nice about the situation. Very professional.

The amenities were superb and despite having construction on the upper floors, there was no disturbance or sound whatsoever. Regardless they still apologized and had signs up detailing their work in progress.

Every night we received cookies. The best were the chocolate chip. We received oatmeal raisin one night and that would be minus one star, but even those were delicious.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Great location. My room had a view of the empire state building. Huge bathroom. Expensive but worth it as a treat. I would definitely recommend/consider staying again.Fab

Checking out of the Langham Hotel. What a wonderful place. It is always a pleasure to stay here. The staff do everything to make you happy. They bent over backwards for us.

The city is still vibrant as ever. Museums, are open & many restaurants are open with in door and ourdoor dining.

A great place for a mini vacation. Fabulous views and big tubs to soak while admiring NYC. This is the place to stay right in the heart of the city.

Thank you for making our stay memorable. Kelly

Super friendly and helpful staff, the room was better than we could have imagined, and the food and drinks at the restaurant were incredible. We Will absolutely be coming back soon. Thanks for an awesome weekend

I was surprised to see that the room was so big - it was a huge room on the corner of the 17th floor, I could see the Fifth Avenue and W36th Street, and I could see the view of the Empire State Building. The room has a black wood walk-in closet, a very bright, spacious bathroom, shower and bathtub. This should have all the things you need to live in the hotel (of course, this is the center of Manhattan). The hotel offers a free wireless network (this is not always the case in the US).

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-spaced. I've stayed here a few times because my mom loves this hotel and restaurant but as of recent, it's like nobody is working there. There was no one at the door and no one greeting us. The Italian restaurant Ai Fiori is overpriced and has small portions. The dishes are good but you can find stellar, fresh Italian food throughout NYC for 1/5 the cost. At least you can find staff there.

Exquisite hotel. Service at every level. Wonderful lobby bar. Ai Fiori is one of the best meals I ve had in the city. Too bad chef PJ Calapa moved on. His fluke crudo with caviar is a dish I still dream about. But it s our gain because he s opened his own place, Scampi.

I stayed at the Langham Hotel for 12 nights. I couldn't believe the service, it was second to none. From the greeting staff all the way through to the kitchen staff - fantastic service all round. The room I had on the 20th floor was fit for a king. Well done everyone.

Had the opportunity to stay here one mid-week night. Upon arrival, every single staff member in the lobby said hello to me, making me feel very welcome. The room was larger than I expected, bathroom amenities were good and could not here much street noise despite low floor. If you need to be near the Empire State Building, this is a great location. While the hotel markets itself as luxury, I would not go that far - for example, the TV was old and small while the bed was so low my knee when standing was above the mattress. All in all, a pleasant experience
