A few weeks ago I gave a bad review to Waverly Mitsubishi because of the poor service and horribly long wait times. Today I brought my RVR into Vickar Mitsubishi for a warranty issue because I would never go back to Waverly. Well it s the same. I waited 6 hours for something they said would take 2 to 3 hours. Basically both dealerships service departments are terribly slow. It s a lose lose situation. Just go to the dealership that s closer to your home or work, expect the work to take 2 to 3 times longer than stated, and don t make any plans; or you could just not buy a Mitsubishi, which is too bad. They are really great vehicles and I have nothing bad to say about my RVR.
2 stars, not 1, because the staff in the service department and the shuttle drivers are really polite and friendly.
