i had an issue with my vehicle.. and for some reason i ended up speaking with the GM.. he assured he would get me in to service immediately.. and thats exactly what happened.. thanks Fawaz for providing the valet service as well bc i couldnt get out of work to get my car fixed.. extremely accomodating.. top notch service..
