Neat rooms, very extensive and tasty buffet. Very friendly and professional service

Charging point for Tesla net to hotel. Good hotel facilities makes charging a pleasure. Finding a free charging spot is sometimes a hassle.

Room was well cleaned. Breakfast was good too though not a wide spread. Enjoy the small and cosy hotel.

The rooms and elevators look old and rundown.

Extremely nice hotel but quite remote from the city. Very convenient for business travellers as it os very close to the airport.

Good located close to the airport and the Van Der Valk wants to be one of those young and hipsters hotels. They do have some good ideas and some cool things however it is not well organized and appears overloaded. Also my room and the area around the room was surprisingly unclean and unstructured.
Food quality and taste in restaurant is not good.

The hotel is fine. But it's nothing special. Very good common places. The room is normal. Internet goes more or less when it's peak time.

The brunch on Sunday is recommended.
Is extensive and varied.
Price quality is very ok.
Children are welcome.
Downside, the desserts are gone in no time, so rushing is the message.

This hotel has an amazing view of the airport... The breakfast served here is excellent

The Overall appearance of the hotel is good and rooms are amazing. Huge in size with all modern amenities and the most important thing the bed is perfect for a relaxed sleep. I stayed there only for a night and I must say that they offer one of the best rooms in Europe.

The only issue was the buffet breakfast. A separate low-grade buffet was served for our group. Bread toaster was not there. Bread and Croissant were hard and non-chewable. Even the serving staff was not good.

People behind reception doing a great job.

Deducting one point only for the issue I faced during my stay. Otherwise, you guys deserve 5/5.

We spent the last night in the beautiful hotel. Great room, very clean! The proximity to the train station and airport is great. Breakfast rich and delicious! Today we were for lunch again in the restaurant and also the food left nothing to be desired. Thanks a lot! We'll be back!

Nice meeting room possibilities and testaurand is also good at lunch. They have an outside facility too which is very inviting when the sun is out!

We went for a brunch which was ok for the money. Only downside is the lack of explanation of the server and explanatory names to the dishes. A pleasant moment.

This time we were very disappointed on our arrival we take possession of our room and we discover that the bathroom is not cleaned the toilet is filled with urine bravo in period of covid we will not come back. In addition, our reservation was made in February and because of the covid our flight to Summer was changed by one day and to our surprise the amount was no longer the same and it was more expensive I find scandalous.

Slept very well, excellent breakfast, I can only recommend.

We spent about 5 days at the Hotel. It s nice and clean with a spacious lobby and restaurant. Great for plane spotters too as it has a pretty nice view of the airport runway.
All in all we were quite satisfied however there are a few things that has to be worked on.
1. The elevators have no security, they re not card operated so anyone entering the Hotel can go up to the guest floors without any problems at all.
2. Having only plastic cups in the bathroom is a kind of el cheapo solution which leaves a sort of bad taste in ones mouth. Pun intended.
3. The original cleanliness of the rooms are fine, but during the stay the bed linens should be changed or at least give the option to the guests if they want it changed or not.
The staff is efficient and friendly so the four stars are warranted.

Clean, modern, hip, fun. Awesome staff and large rooms. Really appreciated that there were complimentary beverages in the fridge, even more so that they traded the alcoholic drinks for sparkling water at my request as I do not drink alcohol. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Convenient location to the airport, free shuttle. Will definitely be back.

Hotel very beautiful and very nice. Very friendly staff, smiling and available. Very modern rooms, very comfortable, well soundproofed and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located to Zaventem airport and Dieghem train station. Covered parking (paying) and outdoor (free). To recommend !

One of the worst hotels in Brussels, if you don't want to experience the trauma of poor service, don't come here! In the room cold, stink of vacuum cleaner. Lamp on table without bulb = top. All night the roar of a party of drunk hooligans from the 3rd floor was heard until the 6th. Dread. You cannot park here, nor do you turn by car because it is a dead end.

Room was very clean and functional, close to the airport while quiet. Free long distance to many countries including US and Canada. But restaurant staff was extremely rude and the food was mediocre. If not for the awful dining experience I would have rated it much higher.

Was very impressed with this hotel. Rooms and facilities are great. Close to a train station. Staff seemed very friendly and capable. And they sell booze in vending machines!

Stylish interior, modern. The terrace is open, you can eat and drink outside when the weather is good. Free shuttle service to the airport should be remembered to reserve seats in advance as there are plenty of lounges in the morning.

Many rooms have the airport view, and nice to see planes taking off and landings, comfortable rooms.

Great hotel to check in prior to the plane trip. Enjoy free parking for 14 days maximum, welcome drink and 5 euro discount if you are a fall customer.

Lovely staff, they made the difference. So ready to accommodate your requests. It was so good to see that the hotel has a program to give all their buffet food at end of service to people who are in need, like a food bank, but a little different. Nicely done.

The hotel was ok. Nice roof terrace and nice staff. The rooms are a bit dated and from the airport you have to take a taxi.

Meetings rooms top floor are excellent, good location, easy to reach, very good service.

We enjoyed our room with twin beds: it was big, cozy, modern style, with nice view and equipped with coffee machine and free non alcohol mini bar. We asked for shuttle bus at 6 a.m - it arrived right on time, a nice Mimi bus just for us Two. Trip to the Airport took 5 minutes

Nice hotel near the airport. Effective staff. Multiple possibilities for indoor and outdoor events. The panoramic, tower-style reception room on the top floor is worth a visit.
