Had an amazing experience at Kelley service department! My brand new Traverse steering wheel had been shaking since day one. The dealer that I purchased the vehicle from could not figure out why and after replacing all the tires it still shook. In the process of this my wheels were damaged. Long story short I decided to live with the shaking in the steering wheel until I took my car to Kelley's. They would not give up until they found the problem! Colton was my service writer and did an amazing job of making sure that my car was perfect! I smiled all the way home that day! Thank you Colton and your service team for not giving up and for making my baby perfect!!
