I had a terrible experience. I was even asked why I went to Kelley Chevrolet and not somewhere closer to me. It wasn't the vehicle I wanted. I told Lee Wells right away. I knew it was a problem with them when he told me I had three month to make the down payment. I had already returned the keys and told them that wasn't the right vehicle. The harassing text messages didn't stop from there about how the financing was fine. I had no problem with buying a vehicle that just wasn't the one! It wasn't the right vehicle for me! They wouldn't take no for an answer and the keys to my car were never returned to me. The sales man lied and said the scratch would be taken care of before I picked it up the next day. That was the first lie. Then the short GM told me as he argued that there were no consumer protection laws. I wasn't going to say it again and again. I warned him I was calling the police. He continued to tell me Indiana had no consumer protection laws. The GM just left me sitting there for the police to come and look for my key that I never was given back. I'm sorry Chuck! I left crying!! I
