Bought the truck on Friday drove home next day get in went down the road brake light and abs light comes on not a good start with my truck called 2 times at Kelley's no response

Went in for a simple oil change today got a good reception, nice service writer Tonya, vehicle was serviced on time pretty quickly, paid for it went outside and found oil smudges on the fender where it appears as though the technician was leaning over to service the vehicle, I was very disappointed I will not go back. I will change oil and other fluids myself in the future since it appears quality control is not important to Kelley.
When working with Matt Hoagland we felt very comfortable with his knowledge of the cars as well as the dealership. We were looking at a 2017 Chevy Cruze for our son, had been looking at a pretty base model and Matt steered us to a 2016 with a great discount and was loaded. Although it was a bit more expensive we definitely got more car for our money. We are very satisfied with the car so far, and have been very satisfied with the experience of buying the car. This is the second car we have purchased from Kelly, and both experiences were great.

I got a suburban that cost me 33.000.00 and a little over a year they tell me all the things that was supost to fix is going to be cost me 10.000.00 for a seat and 800.00 for the airlifts I'm very unhappy with this place I came in for a oil change and they for got so they gave me a free one that make up but what damage was done is what I what to no I'm not asking alot I just want the stuff they no they should fix fixed. I was told anything goes wrong with my suv the insurance I got would cover it he even said they would paint my suv but no one has try to help me I didnt go to some bank I saved up for this it took me 2 year for me to fine the one I wanted we I wanted a gmc Yukon but I couldn't fine one that meet what I wanted this man and Chevrolet took me for a ride for sure they dont fix things they no is wrong with there used car when they say they will he told us to buy it and then call in a week and have them to fix the windshield ya it has a Spot on it cause everything covered and some one else got a used car the same day that got a year membership to costco for there purchased I ask them where was mine I got no answer I got free car washes I was going to put the pictures of my suburban but he never set it to me he said he would text them to me but I never got it Either I HOPE YOU AS FOR NOW ON AS WHAT DO I GET FOR BUYING ONE OF YOUR CARS

I have been buying my vehicles from Kelley Automotive through Mike Rosine since the early 1980's. From the moment I walk into Kelly's I know I will be treated with utmost respect. Mike has never tried to sell me something I do not want nor anything above what I want to spend. He is the ultimate in car salesman. After all these years I feel like I am family not just a customer. Never doubt Kelley's. There has never been any other dealership better. Believe me we tried them all. You never see crazy adds on TV for them just to attract attention, reason being they are just not needed. Kelley's best.
If you need to buy a car - go to the Lima Rd dealership and ask for Tyler! You will be treated right! We worked with Tyler and he was an absolute pleassure to deal with! He was very polite, asked questions to find out what we needed, made suggestions as nessessary.
We liked a truck at the Kelley Volvo and Tyler was right there to help us out! We didnt purchase the vehicle due to issues with my credit but as soon as things are cleared up - Tyler will be the first person to reach back out to!

I've had some car issues for awhile now and just took to my local mechanic that usually fixes the issue. Finally took it to Kelley's here recently, which I've had work done in the past by them and shoulda just went to them to begin with because I'm always satisfied with their work. I've worked with Phil and Stacie (more with Stacie). I always end up leaving a happy customer, minus the amount I get told at times lol but least I know my problem has been resolved. I don't ever feel rushed or like I'm just another customer their trying to just get in and out and get their money from, they take the time to explain what has been the issue and what needs to be fixed. I'll return as a customer as long as I keep getting the respectable service that I've had up till now. :)
The sales department was great to deal with and made the deal but their parts department is terrible. A few more updates throughout the process would have been better from the sales staff. Overall happy with the experience minus the few rough spots.

Yesterday we went to Kelley Chevrolet for the first time. We were helped by a salesman named Steve Croyboy. He was terrific! They didn't have what we were looking for, he told us no problem, he d find it. He listened to everything we wanted, answered all our questions. Had the manager come out to meet us. Steve did everything he could to find us the exact vehicle we wanted. Got a message from him today and he had located the exact one with all the options we wanted. And it will be in their lit tomorrow afternoon.
