I'm only speaking on their used cars. I purchased a Saturn Aura from Kellys about three years ago and have had nothing but expensive repairs since. I've had to replace the engine, change out the entire exhaust system, replace the oil pan, and now Im having transmission problems. I'm starting to think they pulled the car out of a swamp and resold it. If you're looking for a quality used car, I would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere first.
