Went in to lease a 2018 Equinox that I received an email about. $99 a month for 24 months with $500 down and first payment, tax, doc fee. Craig Ryder tells me that with $1100 out of pocket the payment is $165 month. Well I don t need a new vehicle. No trade in. This is simple math. No sale no thanks. Steer clear.

My husband, Jerry, and I drove to Ft Wayne from South Bend this morning to look at a 2017 Buick Enclave that we found online. Our sales person, Kevin Kelley, sent us a professional video of the vehicle that we were able to watch before we left South Bend going over the entire vehicle. As we arrived in Ft Wayne, Kevin Kelley was there to greet us as we walked in the showroom. Kevin, Lee, and Chuck all did a great job and we decided to purchase their Enclave. They are delivering the Enclave to us next week as we were unable to take it with us. Great job to all involved and a great Automotive Family!

Very prompt with their responses, answered all my questions, even sent me a personal video of a walk around of the vehicle and a test drive, which really sold me on the vehicle. Our salesman Steve Croyboy Croy was outstanding, answering all my questions and disclosing all information on this vehicle to set me at ease to make the trek from Wisconsin to Indiana. John Hoffmann did an excellent job getting us through financing quickly and painlessly to get us on our way. Kelly Chevrolet has a great team and I would not hesitate to travel all the way to Indiana for my next vehicle.

Everyone was very nice, they listened to what we wanted and found a great car for us. Only downside was it took forever to actually but the car, but we did have to have a car appraised for a trade in so that took extra time. Our salesman Mike Rosine took the time to answer all our questions and show is how to work everything.

One of the better dealerships I've dealt with. I am a little frustrated with the fact we were made to believe the price of the vehicle would come down a little bit since we were putting money down but my own fault for not looking at the paperwork and final numbers before signing. Once viewing after the fact, the dealership didn't meet us anywhere with dropping the price. Also driving over 2 hours to purchase this vehicle, we don't exactly get use of all the benefits from purchasing from this specific dealership so I thought that might have been taken into play in reflection of vehicle price. Then realizing the antenna was broken which is why the radio barely works after we got home. Again, my fault. Good dealership but still a dealership and looking for business overall. Would recommend but also do your due diligence in thoroughly reviewing everything. Lesson learned for sure.

**Update. Spoke with a manager weeks ago. Still have no spare key or returned phone call. Unfortunately, seems this dealership is just like any other.

I recently bought a used truck from kelly chevy. I went to to look at it on a saturday to test drive it and just see how much payments would be since this was my first vehicle purchase, although they seemed a little pushy at first to sell the truck but they eased back and waited until I heard back from my insurance company. Arturo was my sales person that helped me with the purchase.
Overall I had a great experience buying my new Equinox. Craig Rider was so helpful. I called Craig told him what I was wanting, very next day I took my test drive an bought my SUV. It was quick an everyone was nice an helpful. I tell everyone to go to Kelly Chevrolet and see Craig.
