My experience was awesome from start to finish. Our sale rep, Kevin Kelley, made sure the Traverse was available inside during a thunderstorm and then the next day for a test drive. He was very straight forward and friendly. We were also welcomed by the manager, Chuck Kelley. Our finance mgr, Lee Walls, made us feel at home and welcome while going over the costs. This is our second vehicle purchased from Kelley on Lima and we will definitely work with again.
