The service advisors are generally very nice and knowledge and the waiting room has a much popcorn as you can fill yourself with. For whatever reason, everytime I am here the service runs extremely slow. I feel like I have to schedule on Saturdays because I will consistently spend 3 to 4 hours waiting for service. Be careful of the extra services they might advise you about and ask to see pieces, filters, and fluid colors before you agree to get them replaced or changed. And it is a dealership sonic you can find coupons on their website of know of any rebates, take advantage of those.
