Salesman added fees for services for interior protection that we did not talk about, and I did not find out about it until I was signing paperwork with the finance guy. Over a week later, have not been contacted to get that service fulfilled. Was contacted because paperwork was botched, so I have to go back in and sign again. Inconvenient to say the least. I like the car, but I may be looking at a different dealership when the lease is up.

The sales team was amazing! Jon Kelley and Brian Lytle were amazing to work with and their knowledge of the product keep them above all other dealers!

Mason worked hard getting us all set up with our awesome new car. We checked out a few other dealerships but we always end up back at Kelly for our cars. We are very pleased with them.

I worked with Steve several weeks ago when I was searching for an SUV. He did a nice job keeping me informed of what was available and he earned my trust. Fast forward to last week, I saw a car that I thought would work well as a commuter car. Asked Steve to look it over, he assured me it was very clean inside and out. I went in to test drive it in the morning, he mentioned he had it pulled up and running. Took it for a drive with no issues and bought it. I brought it home and now every time I have gotten in it to leave the battery has been dead. In addition, the first day the car sat in the sun a nice odor of cigarettes crept out of the seats... So much for being clean inside and out! Wish I wouldn't have bought the car at this point, yes maybe it is part my fault for getting in a car that was already running but shame on you Steve for not disclosing details of a car and just looking for your next sale.

Jon Kelley was very helpful and friendly. Very personable. Went there to look and possibly buy, and he made it very easy. Walked away, or should I say drove away, with a new truck. Great experience. Thanks again!

Mason was also very knowledgable and was able to quickly and easily answer any questions or concerns I had. He was very helpful, friendly and patient with me. The different locations work as a team to find the best vehicle for you, they share deals but don't pressure you to purchase a specific vehicle. We arrived to the showroom after hours and a salesman greeted us and pulled a car for my wife and me to take on a test drive. The test was great, Steve Croy is awesome! We didn't end up buying a car that day but Steve is hunting one down for us. Very pleased!

Update 10/21/16: After a not so pleasant visit to another dealership, my wife and I went back to see our main man CroyBoss. With open arms he received us in, even though he was closing a sale with someone else. Steve Croy was in beast mode, selling two cars at once! I've dealt with Kelley for about 10 years, starting with Saturn. Adam Williams has been my salesman for all those years. He would be my primary reason to keep coming back. He is honest,knowledgeable and caring. I can't say enough positive about him!

Because the dealership did so poorly on my previous visits, Buick gave me, free of charge, a prepaid maintenance plan. The first service following this, service was free and no problems. Next service, this service, they had never heard of a prepaid Buick plan, and had me wait while 4 service people were outside the office discussing a woman who had applied for a position there. Then, decided to let me leave, while they checked into it.

Mark Wright is always a pleasure to work with when buying new vehicles. The other staff were very friendly and eager to assist as well. The facility was very clean and organized.
