For once they got me in for bit of emergency service but when I asked them to take a peak at another problem with heated steering wheel. I was told that I would have to reschedule because they would get shorted a diagnostic fee. Even though they already had the steering column apart to fix gear shifter.

Let me just start by saying, we love Urse White Hall! We bought a Jeep from them almost two years ago and a truck last year. Now we are in a situation where my two door Wrangler was not sufficient so we returned to them and to Jason Dukich for help in working a deal for a new Unlimited. I started with one salesperson as I couldn't remember Jason's name from last year (baaaad me!) but when I returned after two days, he took over and made the deal happen in just the one day. With all the searching we had to do to find "The One," we finally found one that I would be happy with and Jason was nothing but courteous, kind and patient, making phone calls and searching along with Andrew and Pat. Even when the vehicle did not arrive on time, Jason still had the courtesy to call me and let me know what was going on because he knew I was on pins and needles waiting. Now I have the Jeep I have always wanted, with four doors and a BLACK top and I couldn't be more pleased. I won't need another vehicle for several more years but you can be sure that if I know anyone who does, I will send them to Urse and Jason!

Glory to God! I first want to say that this was the greatest service I've ever had in any car dealership across this country. I worked with a young man named Levi he is one of the great workers in the Dodge company. And if Dodge executives are looking at this now I highly recommend him for a highly executive position regional manager this kid is so sharp, loyal, committed, and dedicated to the Dodge company and excellent service. I work in the NFL so I see young men of all walks of life and it was truly to see it was truly an honor to see how he carried himself and the humble Godly service that he showed me yesterday. Levi is truly blessed and all of his staff around him were great. This is one of the great stores that Dodge should be very aware of. Take care and God bless

Went in for a recall on ram 2500 water pump. Water pump was installed however they did not fill my coolant back up causing my light go off while driving home. They also didnt plug in my air intake sensors. The techs at urse are terrible. Although the service is below par I will say the gentlemen running the service desk are professional and easy to work with. Doug, and a couple other gentlemen were quick to get techs to fix thier mistakes.

Do not take you car here. I dropped my van off three weeks ago, they didnt start working on it till the last three days and could not find the problem. Through the three weeks i called the service department 27 times at different times of day and no-one would answer the phone. I had to ask the operator to page someone, when they answered they had no answers to my questions and said someone would call me back, No-one called me back. I picked up my van today and in inside of my van is extremely dirty. It looks like someone just wiped mud all over the place, on the stirring wheel the door the shifter outside door handle. Never before have i ran in to such incompetence. I will never go back. I Talked to another costumer there when i picked up my van and she said very similar things. Trust me go anywhere else.

I would give urse zero stars if I could. I made an appointment on October 22nd to have a recall fixed and wiring looked at. My appointment was for the 30th at 9am. I called around 4pm and they did not look at my car, but assured me they would be looking at it the next morning. Fast forward today is November 8th and usre still hasnt looked at my car. After this is all over I will never deal with these guys again.

From the minute on the lot at Urse, everyone was very helpful. When I pulled off the lot with my Wrangler it was an amazing experience. I have had my oil changed several times and the service department is very nice and helpful, they do make the time waiting a little better.

I live very near a Jeep dealer but chose to do business with Urse in Fairmont because from the first interaction I felt comfortable and never pressured. Jason was our sales consultant and he was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I ordered my 2021 Jeep Gladiator and was extremely anxious to take delivery. The entire team at the dealership was involved in making the prep and delivery a fun and personalized experience. Parts, service, management, finance and sales were all exceptional to deal with! We will definitely promote Urse for more business by our family and friends.

This is the second time I've taken my Chrysler 300 here for a state inspection, and I am equally as impressed with their speed of service as last time! It was nice to not feel cheated into unnecessary repairs like we have been with past cars at other state inspection locations. They gave us an honest pass here, and we only had to pay for the sticker. Thank you for wonderful service!

The mobile text I initally thought was a good idea. However, I was not impressed. I received a call from my service advisor and he stated if I needed anything to send it via the text and he would answer. That was not the case. I had 3 messages that was not answered or acknowledged. My jeep was not worked on until 10 minutes before closing. Although, he was very kind it did not make up for the unpleased service I received.

The service department leaves alot to be desired, to say the least. Our vehicle has been at this location for four weeks and now are being told it will be another two weeks. No replacement vehicle has been provided. We have tried to be very understanding up to this point but being without a vehicle when you travel for your job is beyond an inconvenience.

I'm in Fairmont visiting family and wanted to get my vehicle serviced before heading back to Florida. I stopped in Urse service and ask for a oil change and requested to replace air filter and cabin filter also check my brakes & tires if anything needs repaired call me with estimate and I'll approve It or not .
Anyway a hour later Urse calls says vehicle is done $47.00 dollars . Did Not Replace any of the filters I requested , told me one tire will need attention soon & brakes look somewhat ok . In other words the response I took was they didn't want to do the repairs . Went to Sam's club they looked at my tire & recommended I replace asap ,so I had them do so , I bought new filters they were nice and installed them and checked my brakes told me they were about halfway recommended replacing them when I get back to Florida .
I gave Urse a try even after I was told by friends they wouldn't take their wagon their ! Well I learned & won't be going back nor will I refer anyone .

Came in for an oil change and to get my daughters vehicle inspected and an oil change as well. Doug is wonderful as always. He was only person at desk in service center and was doing 5 things at one time. Doug always recongizes me and my family. I like getting to catch up with him when i come to service center. We were in and out of service in about an hour. So thanks also to the technicians that work behind the scenes for their fast service.

I mentioned weeks ago what kind of Jeep Wrangler I wanted. Long enough that I actually didn't remember I had mentioned it to them. As soon as a Jeep came in equipped how I wanted it to be, my phone rang. It was Quinten calling from Urse Automotive letting me know the Wrangler was there. He worked out everything for me over the phone. Had everything ready for me so I could pick the new Jeep up on my lunch break. GREAT buying experience! Helpful, understanding, and patient group of people. There is only one place I shop for Jeeps and, this is the place.

Not very happy with this place. They had my car for a week. Called me yesterday and said if fixed and ready to pick up. I go in today to get it. Not even a mile down the road, and it started stalling out again. So now, it's back in the garage. Get it together guys, you're the professionals!!!

now my vehicle has been in this place for 3 weeks. It has not been moved from it's current location for 2 weeks. I was told be service adviser Doug, that I would hear from them on this Monday. I was also told by the service department manager on Friday that he had the key in his hand and was going to put it in the shop himself that day and he would personally call me himself on Monday. Neither of them called or anything . And Durango is still In the exact spot it was parked in Wednesday 2 weeks ago. I'm beyond disappointed with this company. I NEED MY VEHICLE!!!!!!!. I will NEVER again bring in another vehicle for these people to work on. I'm to the point to where I'm about to just go get my vehicle and take it to someone else. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANYWHERE. What's worse is the fact you hardly ever get to talk to anyone on the phone. It's always a voice mail service. This place is very unprofessional.

Tried calling the service department several times all afternoon up to closing NO one answered the phone, called the sales side and they answered lol.....told them I wanted to speak with someone in the service department and he said they're available, I asked why they weren't answering and he said I don't know, he said he would transfer for me, I said ok, I was then put on hold and no one answered! So I called Country Club and they answered immediately and said how can I help you? Amazing!

I wish I could give a 0 star review. They won't answer their phones or return my voicemails when attempting to setup a service appointment. I have to make appointments in person and then it's typically 2-3 weeks before they can service my vehicle. I love my Jeep but this will be last.

I was nervous but the salesman, Jaime made me feel better. I had brought my young granddaughter who is four and my daughter. I was trading in a 15 year old Jeep Liberty. It wasn t easy to let it go. Jaime worked with me and kept my payments where I could afford. I ended up buying a new Jeep Compass with all these fancy contraptions. I am still getting used to starting a car without a key in the ignition. I have been studying the manual. My young daughter has been helping me. I can t believe I can see who I am backing into. Years ago it would have been nice to have. Anyway, Jaime has already called to make sure everything is ok. I think the service was wonderful!

I use to use a family friend to work on my jeep even though I bought it from Urse. I had two head gaskets go bad and figured a factory certified mechanic was the best way to go. The Urse staff has been wonderful to work with from step one. I have to say working with Doug Stevens was a treat! He is honest and kind. Doug took time explaining things if I didn't understand. He called me every day to to give me an update so I wasn't in the dark. Top notch service from a top notch dealership!

Went in for a scheduled appointment for an issue with my 2014 Ram 2500. The Service Advisor, Levi Yost, was very helpful and the repair was completed, under the factory warranty, the same day. No issues there. The reason for not giving them 5 stars is twofold. Number 1 - it does not make sense to me that they only had 1 Service Advisor working on a Saturday and only 2 Service Technicians working. They were very busy and I assume that Saturday s are busy days for the Service Department. Number 2 - this dealership will not work with 3rd party Warranty Companies. Luckily my repair was covered under the factory warranty. If not, I would have had to pay the $130 Diagnostic Fee and go elsewhere for the repair.

Bought a car out there 6 days ago and it has had nothing but problems. Took the car back out there 3 times before Dion Waites decided there was actually something wrong with it and when they had to give me a loaner they gave me a filthy disgusting jeep that had been wrecked and had dog hair and mud all through it. Not a good way to take care of someone. I will never buy another car from that place. The pictures of the nasty grey jeep are on the pictures tab of the website. Purely dissatisfied with the treatment and service I have received. I had to load my three kids up in that nasty dump of a loaner car if I could give no stars I would bc that's what they deserve. Poor customer service and 4 days worth of broken promises. Shame on them!!!

Outstanding dealership with amazing staff. I live in Ona, WV and they beat every competitor in my area. While other local dealerships got to a point where they just quit negotiating, URSE Dodge stayed at the table and kept bargaining with me. I ended up with an outstanding deal and the car that I've always wanted..... Challenger, Green, Scat Pack Shaker and a manual transmission. They are also Veteran friendly and the staff treat you like family, not like a numerical figure. Sierra and Chad made the drive worthwhile and treated me with respect and dignity. Went to Earth's Dodge today to look at leasing a truck we found one we liked and the guy told us that instead of the 319 as advertised it would be 388 payments per month we were okay with that and Shook on the deal and then they were busy so they put us off from 1 in the afternoon until 6 p.m. before we got to talk to someone in the finance department's when we went back they told us that our payments went from the 388 we were quoted and Shook on the $450 we told them to take the paperwork and tear it up that we were no longer interested and that we did not appreciate our whole day being wasted that they should have been able to tell us sooner that the payments were more so we could have left and went somewhere else to look at trucks this makes the second time that we've had this type of experience there and we will never buy another car there

Terrible experience with getting my Jeep serviced here. I have had my Jeep in two times and it still is not running properly! This will be the last time I take it here only because they are responsible for fixing it. And they will have a loaner vehicle for me until it is repaired.
