I mentioned weeks ago what kind of Jeep Wrangler I wanted. Long enough that I actually didn't remember I had mentioned it to them. As soon as a Jeep came in equipped how I wanted it to be, my phone rang. It was Quinten calling from Urse Automotive letting me know the Wrangler was there. He worked out everything for me over the phone. Had everything ready for me so I could pick the new Jeep up on my lunch break. GREAT buying experience!
