I setup an appointment online for the service center. I arrived at my appointment time with the understanding that they would look at my vehicle with the issues stated. Even though the plausible situation did not go as planned. I will take the consideration with heart the Christmas season to ensure the family has what they wanted, while saving for what I need to fix as it can wait until near tax season to total put a new transmission in.
