The process took a lot longer than I would have liked. I got the car I wanted but there was very little wiggle room on the price nor a lot of incentives either. They were able to get me in a car though so I appreciate that but they had to do what said was creative financing which involved me having to get a extended warranty in order for them to get the financing done. Everyone was polite as well. I would probably see what could be done about speeding up the process as well as making sure masks were being worn properly and by everyone. Ther

I am very happy to have URSE for the purchase of my Jeep and any repairs. They are professional and efficient. I will recommend the dealer in the future.
It was a great experience, I ve bought a vehicle from them before and both times the staff was very friendly and actually work with you to make sure you are taken care of on your trade and the vehicle you re buying. Highly recommended and will be a returning customer again.
Exceptional customer service !! Donnie Johnson went above and beyond in assisting me with my selection and purchase and made buying my new car by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I will recommend Urse to all of my family, friends and clients. Thank you Urse Dodge for having such amazing staff across the board and a special Thank you to Donnie for not only your invaluable knowledge but your extreme patience and incomparable customer service !!
I had an appointment at Urse Dodge on December 31st and was a half hour early for it. I spent approximately 2 hours waiting for my car to be repaired, only to be informed that the part had to be ordered. I scheduled this back in November which should have been ample time to order the part that was needed. Very unprofessional and to add insult to injury, my gear shift lever was installed backwards when they put my car back together. What compensation should I receive for wasted time, gas, etc. to and from the service department? Had to give one star in order to post, but a big negative!
Worst experience ever! The shop was unable to diagnose my problem and once they finally did they refused to honor my warranty . After deciding to go elsewhere I drove off to find ALL of my lights on dash, check engine , ABS , brakes , etc on AND my speedometer doesn t work! After contacting them they tried to say it came in like that. Showed me an invoice with the incorrect name and service dates ! I will be taking legal action and will NEVER return!
I brought my truck in for a recall on airbags. Doug got me in and out in no time. He is a very personable and professional employee. Pleasure to do business with.
My wife and I were shopping for a Dodge Durango. Jason is around the lot and was very knowledgeable and personable. He took care of all our questions and had us test drive one of the Durango's we had looked at. First rate service from Jason.
They were the only place in north central West Virginia that could get me a deal on my trade that I was a little upside down in. They also got my payment very close to we re I needed it.
Had to have warranty service done to my car and I was greeted by Doug Stephens and he is exceptional very helping from drop off to pick up highly recommend my man Doug
Do not go here they have no idea what they are talking about or doing, they couldn t even give me the proper oil filter. I ve been there twice and they mess it up every time. Ask around before you go there.
We had a very positive experience today!! They salesman was very nice and patient! The whole sales team made sure we were happy and well taken care of!
The service department, however is completely incompetent. Needed a thermostat replaces. I was told it's take roughly 90 minutes. I received a voicemail that my part arrived and to call and make an appointment. So I did. When I arrived I was told my part wasn't in and they had to go get it and that I had no appointment. They decided to go ahead and get the part and do it. Making the time 2.5-3 hours. Fine. I go check on my vehicle after 3.5 hours. I'm told it's a 6 hour job?! What happened to 90 minutes? The service manager instead of holding her dipstick workers accountable, basically blames me and a "stuck bolt". I'm currently sitting and waiting another "30-45 minutes". Needless to say I won't be back and I will never buy a car from this place again.
Edit: it was within the 30-45 minutes and my car didn't explode on the way home. Still clowns though
Was there for state inspection. Urse Dodge was very quick and thorough. I like the multi point inspection print out that showed what was check and what may need attention in the future.
Purchased a Jeep Trailhawk at Urse Dodge in Fairmont and the experience was amazing. Our salesman, Donnie Johnson, went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted, he even came into work on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. David Higgins in finance is a wonderful person to work with as well. Because of Donnie and David we will be sure to purchase future vehicles from Urse!
Doug was great as always. Only issue I had was car was not able to drive due to loss of coolant was under warranty and took 18 days to get appointment.
Fantastic place with even better people! I ve gone to URSE and worked with Jamie M for my last two trucks. He has been great each time and has done whatever it takes to make me happy. Will definitely be returning in the future, and I am looking forward to making a deal with URSE and Jamie again!
Took my car in to have a lifter replaced under warranty. Long story short, they waited four days to finally order parts and of course that was on a Friday. Kept asking for a loaner vehicle and kept getting told they were trying to get me one. Had to keep calling them for updates. Finally after a week they called and said it was ready to go. Totally inexcusable service experience.
Haven't used them in years because they told me inspections were first come first serve on Saturdays. I show up and of course the guy who does modified stickers isn't there. Why did I call for an appointment? Last time I tried to use them they didn't answer the phone or return my message. I get an oil change this trip due to having a coupon and there is only one guy working the counter and it's the same as always. No modified inspections, no one answering the phone, people waiting for long wait periods to pay and check out, etc. Saw a guy show up for an inspection because the used car lot said show up anytime. He couldn't get one that day. Invited for over an hour for an oil change. I was there at 830 AM and they open at 8. Only two other people in the waiting room. So it's like this, don't go there unless you like waiting forever, no one answering the phone and of course paying an arm and a leg being they are a dealership.
I showed up with no appointment. Doug greeted me at the door and took care of the oil change, tire rotation, fluid check and even washed my car! All in less than an hour. Very pleased!
Please beware before doing any type of business with this establishment. I could not begin to even give you a list of the issues I have had with Urse. I have owned 2 Jeeps under warranty however Urse is not willing to fix anything with a warranty, however, the minute your warranty is up you should be prepared to take out your wallets. On three occasions I have had Urse tell me work has been done to my Jeep when in reality it wasn't. One time they were even bold enough to lose my keys prior to working on my jeep yet still ensured me they worked on and fixed the issue. That was until I came to pick it and someone came clean because they had to order me a new fob. I'm not an angry customer with a few issues with Urse. I have had my Jeep in almost 40 times for the SAME issue since purchasing. Urse refused to give me records of the issue and then was caught falsifying information on my records. That was after they changed my VIN number to an individual registered in Canada. This review could go on for days but please contact me personally before even thinking about doing business here.
Took 5 months to "fix" my father in laws truck. Now it has more problems. Brakes sticking, transmission slipping, and the air conditioner is broke. But who cares it's only 95 degrees here...I'll never recommend them to anyone.
I'll continue to give a 1 star review every day until they give him a vehicle while they fix his.
I went for a oil change and and inspection and it took them 3 hours. On top of that I had no other problems with my vehicle. They came to me saying wheel weights fell off my jeep. So that made me have to stay another 45 minutes and got charged to have them balance my tires.
Great people, easy to work with and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want for the best price. Couldn t have been happier with our purchase experience.
Urse Jeep Dodge Ram Chrysler always goes above and beyond with their customer service. Our purchase of our new vehicle was seamless. Unfortunately we had a time constraint and had to leave early, but Urse sent a driver to our house the next business day to finish the paperwork. Just an example on how our experience was second to none. Any time I m in the market for a vehicle, I m not going anywhere but Urse.
I currently own an Orange 2013 Dodge Dart, which is "kinda" priceless because they do not make the Dodge Dart in the same Orange anymore. I normally do not complain much, but enough is enough. EVERY SINGLE TIME I bring my car here for service, it is returned to me DAMAGED! My very first oil change, they damaged my rocker panels. They denied it when i brought it to their attention. Every time after the first service, my rocker panels got pushed in and dented upwards even further.(from wrong lift usage) They got so bad the paint started to peel, chip and expose the car. Due to the fact they refused to take responsibility for the damage, my husband and I decided swallow it and fix the rocker panels ourselves since the exposed parts of the car started to show signs of rust and damage from the elements. The first service we had from them after fixing the rocker panels ourselves proved that we had them for damaging my car, because they returned it with, go figure, damaged rocker panels. When i confronted them about the "new" damage, a guy had the nerve to tell me that quote "All dodge darts are prone to damage there when lifted, its how they are made, they are weak there". That was the last straw. After finally losing it and throwing what normal people call a complete nuclear meltdown, they FINALLY agreed to fix the damage they caused. That was after they gave the "lets just fix it to shut her up" vibe. OH and even though i was able to finally prove they were the ones tearing up my car....they STILL wont own up to the previous damage.
So, first service after my car's warranty is out? One of their employees decided to hit my car with another customer's car....it now needs a new bumper, which Urse said they will fix (which isnt the point because it shouldn't have happened) On the way to the body shop, the car starts to smoke and smell of burnt oil. Take it back to the shop to find out they cant even do an oil change right. Oil leaked past the filter. Heaven forbid if i EVER want use this car as a trade in for anything else....Urse Dodge is DESTROYING the value of my car and anyone i ever talk to about it at this place is to stuck up to admit it. Has the all mighty dollar really made people this greedy that nobody cares about how they treat people or their belongings? I feel they owe me a new dodge dart...the EXACT color as my current one....I love my car...and it absolutely enrages me that these guys continue to treat me and my husband like we are idiots and keep damaging my vehicle. And it is a shame. This dealership is the only one close to me to service my car...and close as in about a 20 minute drive. As per my cars warranty, it had to get serviced at an Urse dealership, I wish i would have drove the extra 30 mins on top of that and went to see if Morgantown Urse was any better. In Conclusion, if you want your vehicles to hold ANY value, Dive that extra 30 minutes! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO URSE DODGE IN FAIRMONT!
I recently had an oil change done there. My service tech's name was Michael and he was very friendly and professional. I also know Doug who works there and they are always very friendly and explain everything done to my vehicle. The only drawback was that I called to get time estimate and the lady I spoke with advised not a long wait...when I got there 30 minutes later it was a 2 hour wait. I have a Honda which Urse also sells in Bridgeport and unfortunately I talked to a lady there and not at the Fairmont location.
I brought my Jeep in for an oil change Friday afternoon and was in and out in no time at all. I did not have an appointment but Doug Stevens took care of me as soon as I pulled my Jeep inside. Doug always reminds of service that is needed and what is coming due. I depend on Mr Stevens to keep my Jeep is good running condition. Thanks go out to Doug.
Very poor service department! I would give it a -1 if I could have had nothing but problems with the Jeep from day one they keep saying they can t get it to do it when they have it, but every outher time I get into the Jeep it ll start turning its radio up and down by itself.
Over a month to work on my van for the heat hand rising. 2100 dollars later not fixed with the right parts. Replaced parts van didn't need. Pick up van and still the same. Take van back was told it was another part. Week later waiting on part. Another week fixing it Caught lies being told. Pick up van after 2 more weeks say it's fixed. Drive van starts doing same thing again. Went in requested meeting with owner Joe never got call from him. Doug calls says bring back in.. another 2 Weeks waiting on parts. Call say pick up van it's fixed. No it still IS NOT FIXED. Also had noise in front of van and was told it was a Axel and they replaced it. Well no it was a away bar and was just fixed after I picked van up last time and was on the freeway when it got worse so took it back and it was the swaybar..I have given 2100 dollars to urse Dodge and nothing has fixed it.so how is urse Dodge going to fix this whole situation? I have alot more to complain about but it will be told to the urse owners. If I could give less stars I would give -stars..
We were there on a Saturday and this was one of the worse experiences I ve had there. We were only getting an oil change and waited for over 3 hours. There was only one person working at the service department desk.
Went and looked at cars and was helped by tyler dubovich. very helpful showing me around and very informative on the vehicle inventory. i would recommend him to anyone. very nice and friendly, definitely knows what hes talking about.
Arrived for my appointment to replace front brakes, received a call 2 hours later claiming my calipers were seized up (which is rather hard to imagine, since I drove the vehicle there)...quoted a price to replace the calipers, which was high, but at that point I was stuck. I approved the installation by phone. 2 more hours later, I was told it was finished, but the price I approved was incorrect, and now the price was about $300 higher than what I authorized (service advisor claimed he quoted me the wrong quantity)...aggravated, I paid and left, only to have my hood pop up into my face when I entered the highway....because it was NEVER LATCHED upon completion of the service. Nice work morons...hope lots of people read this.
Urse dodge has just contacted me wanting me to share my experience with them. My story is a five month long saga that I don't think they would like me to share. I don't know if I will ever get my truck back .
We found the Jeep we wanted on their website and Joe W. hooked us up and answered all our questions. Only complaint was sitting in the waiting area for almost an hr and a half waiting for paperwork to get finalized so we could be on our way.
Overall my first time experience at Urse was fantastic. Brandon, who helped me find the best deal for getting my oil changed, was awesome! Everyone was super friendly and on a Saturday... I only had to wait 35 minutes! I will be back!
Incompetent service techs are going to be the death of this place, please don t assume your vehicle is good just because the make it as good ie: brakes, tires, etc. no integrity left, and the paperwork is pencil whip!
I want Urse Dodge to know what an exceptional employee they have with Doug Stephens. He is always friendly and goes above and beyond. He's always helpful and trys to do what's right for his customer. I was so glad when they moved him back to the service department. Doug will always take good care of you and treat you right. Doug deserves an award for his exceptional customer service.
Service department was very disappointing I came in after a recall repair was done but was having problems with the work. Being a mechanic myself I have never thought I would have so much bs through at me of how this could not have been from the parts or work. Dodge recall for fault airbag they replaced them and said you had problems with replacing and after I have an airbag light on when there was no light on before.
Also called to have a service and 3 days could not get a hold of anyone even left messages still no return calls to set appointment call Clarksburg talk to a person and set appointment. I will drive the extra mile to just avoid this dealer from now on.
Went in not really expecting to buy anything, but thanks to Tanya, left out of there with my brand new jeep. 10/10 will definitely be the first stop for my next new car.
The people at this dealership made me feel special their kindness and understanding of my wants in getting me my dream car, I'm going to spread the word to everyone to go there for any auto needs.
The whole team at Urse was very helpful, especially Sierra, who even held onto the keys of the vehicle while I drove an hour and a half to come down for a test drive! Financing was quick and painless, and I feel great about the deal I got. Loving my new-to-me Wrangler, thanks to everyone at Urse!
This is by far the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. We bought a commericial van from them and it hasn't ran right since the day we purchased it. They currently have been "working on it" for a little over 4 months with no solution. We put over $3,000 dollars into the intial repair and in less than a month it broke down again. It has been there since then ..We did pick it up once and it broke down bringing back to our shop. It has now been there for 2.5 weeks "waiting on a part". I am beside myself with this service.
State inspection done in timely manner, plus rotated tires, but after leaving came back low air pressure light was still on showing all four tires to be 2 pounds low, after asking why air pressure was not taken care of while rotating tires, they took vehicle back and put air into the tires.
I received excellent customer service from the service department today. I had called with a problem with my jeep and the service dept. was able to get me in the same day within a couple of hours. They were efficient, kind and courteous. They stayed in touch while repairing my jeep and stuck to the quoted price for the repairs despite the fact that they had to do a little extra. The technician was thorough and even came back out to clean a little smudge he had left. A breath of fresh air compared to an earlier experience I had the same day!! Thanks to all of you in the service dept that helped me out today. You all were very friendly and made my day!
Service Manager, Levi, was very pleasant while being very efficient. The necessary repairs were done in a timely fashion. Wish we were located closer as I would get all my vehicles' work done there.
Great deals on cars. They take time with buyers and help with repairs on time. They put you in the car you pick not the car they want you to have or just to get the car off the lot. They work with you to get the best warranty for your money. I've been a valued customer for 10 plus years and will continue to purchase my vehicles from Urse.
We always arrange service for our RAM Trucks through Doug Stevens he has great experience with RAM products and is always very friendly and assuring that we get our units back in a timely manner! Thanks!
The service seemed phenomenal, at first, but then degraded rapidly. This turned into a horrible experience, and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.
Took my Dodge Durango over to be serviced. Was told appt was Monday. It was Tuesday. Check engine light was on. Paid $447 and picked it up on Thursday. Assured it was fixed. Drove 12 miles and the light came back on. I called and was basically told them fixing it threw something electrical causing the light to come back on. No, I will not be taking it back over. No I will not be paying to have it not be fixed again. No I will never buy from them and no I will never buy another dodge vehicle in general. Very bad experience. I may go trade it off today.
I'm writing this exactly 74 days since I had my Jeep Patriot towed to Urse Dodge for repair (and that was after waiting a week and a half for the scheduled opening). I waited nearly two months (or was it longer?--after so long the days get blurred) for a BATTERY. Waited a little longer than that for the alternator to come in, then was told to come and get it. I waited as the mechanic drove it from where it was parked to the service entrance, where he informed me that there was another mechanical/electrical problem they failed to detect, and that the part will be a month in arriving. Heard that one before. 74 days ago. So I leave it to the reader to decide if this is the dealership for them...
My husband and I have bought 2 automobiles at Urse. We went back to buy the 2nd automobile because Kim Street is such a great sales person. She knows more about Jeeps and Dodges than most mechanics. She goes the extra mile for her customers. She is the only car sales person that I have ever trusted.
I drove all the way from Zelienople for the truck I wanted , after a call to their internet sales person I had the deal I was looking for. I was skeptical to say the least but they honored their quoted price and the buying experience was the best in all my 40 years of buying new cars. Amanda my saleswoman was great and look forward to a new car purchase soon with her. Anthony Osso
I had an 8:00 am appt. for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Everything went smooth and I was out the door by 9:15. Good service and very friendly staff!
I have purchased every car/truck I have gotten from Urse at Whitehall. The sales staff make the buying process easy and are always helpful. I could not imagine going to a different dealership in my area, and I plan to make my next purchase from Urse again. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone planning or thinking of buying a new car or truck!
I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer not to mention 15 various Chrysler vehicles. My vehicle was 3,000 miles out of warranty. Chrysler said the dealer had the option to repair my vehicle under a good faith warranty. Their service manager said I m not a good enough customer to qualify because I did not come to them for service . I told him that My vehicle had not broken down since I purchased it. He then Offered to pay half. I went elsewhere for the repair and won t be back to this dealership
Getting ready for trip on Saturday, found our Jeeps CV boot was tore Tuesday evening. Long story short, they took the Jeep in Wednesday and it was done Thursday morning... Great customer service
