This is a review of the service department first a foremost, besides the one time I came.to.look at trucks and the salesman walked away to do something and seriously never came back to me after 15mins of looking around. Anyhow, the man in the service dept. Was super friendly and knowledgable, as in knowledgeable I mean enough common sense to go outside to my vehicle with me and tell me how stupid the service techs are for telling me I needed to replace a brand new tire within a few months. That man is the only reason you get 2 stars. He was smart enough to tell me that the service program there was stupid and that the service techs are there to scam you into buying things that are not needed. As for the other part of my review, I was there to get the oil changed in my girlfriend's Jeep, this took over 2 hours to complete with 2 others waiting in the waiting room for other various services. Personally, 2 hours for a simple oil change is absolutely mind blowing. If your looking to sit and wait 2 hours on an oil change then get told your brand new equipment on your vehicle needs replaced soon, go here. P.S. thanks to the guy in the service dept that was REAL with me.

Worst experience at a service department I've ever experienced in my life. Two weeks to fix a backup camera and still can't diagnose the problem. Communication is horrible. It takes days to return my call or I just have to call back after no returned call. I will never use their service department again

Very professional service. Every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. I was shown a substantial number of vehicles to choose from that fit my needs as I had relayed to the salesman. The paperwork and financing were explained to my satisfaction and processed quickly once I had chosen my vehicle. Overall I am greatly satisfied!

Horrible service department. Had my Jeep for six weeks. Left me on hold for several minutes or hung up on me each time I would call to check on it. Would pass the buck like little kids when I needed a specific question answered. Would argue with me on the phone when I did finally talk to someone. The fifth week, I discovered it was in the garage and they promised they would call when it was ready for pickup. The sixth week came and no call, so I decided I was going to call and not give up until I found out what was going on. They left me on hold for one hour! Here it was ready for pickup and nobody called to let me know. Did not stay with quoted price to complete the repairs. Drove down the road only two minutes after pickup when CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON! You can't give these people suggestions on where they could improve, because they just don't care. $3300 to pick it up and they are telling me if I bring it back in tomorrow to fix the check engine light there could be additional charges! The receipt said they corrected everything on the diagnostics. Great close on the estimate- they just did absolutely horrible following through with what they promised.

I had the best car buying experience that I have had in years. I was upfront with my salesman (Deon) that I was going to go look at another van however I wanted them to give me their best offer. He respected my request and provided me with their offer for my trade in and out the door pricing. I felt the offer was very fair however, I still wanted to go see the other van. I drove nearly 2 hours to the other dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership I found out the salesman that I had been dealing through text messages several days before and I had told him I would be there on Saturday...had left for the day. Another salesman tried helping me and provided me with the location of the van and gave me the keys. The van was a year newer and had 20k miles less than the on at Urse, however they had not even detailed it. There was grease on the sun visor and the carpet was filthy. Needless to say I returned to Urse and bought the van they had. Deon was great to work with.

Not a good experience. Very poor communication between service department and customer. I called serval times and never got any response, actually had to show up to get answers. You had my Jeep for two week and could not figure out what was wrong. Because of the poor communication I got fed up and took my jeep back. Would I come back? Not unless your customer service improves.

I took my truck in for a recall that was supposed to take two and a half hours. I had a 9:30 appointment. It was 11:00 before they took my truck to the garage. Needless to say, my two and a half hour appointment turned into a four and a half hour appointment!

I had a really positive experience buying a car at URSE. The sales team is great. I worked with Jason and would definitely recommend him to others. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and Don negotiates the deals fairly. My car was detailed and ready for pickup at the agreed upon time. And I got a follow-up call to check in and answer any questions that I had. I'm a little picky myself but I give these folks 4 stars, solid.

Called and made an appointment to have 4 new tires...

Called and made an appointment to have 4 new tires installed. Let them know which tires needed ordered and called multiple times prior to the appointment to make sure my tires were ordered. Left multiple messages and never received a call back from the service department. Dropped my car off the night before the appointment just to receive a call almost 8 hours after my appointment time that my tires were never ordered. Call back a few weeks later, make the employee aware of the previous situation and again, place a tire order, drop my car off. Was promised tires were ordered. Again, tires were not ordered and I was notified hours after my appointment time. Go back to pick up my car, was told that tires were being ordered that day and someone would call me to set up a time to have them put on. A week goes by. Call back to check on when I can get my tires installed. Tires are still not available. I will not be utilizing Urse for my services any longer. Their customer service is laughable and I do not recommend anyone have service completed there.

Chad was great as well. Very thorough. We enjoyed working with him as well. We will definitely return for our future needs.

They struggle with communicating pertinent details about the appointment and for both of my appointments they waited several hours after I dropped off my Jeep before even starting to work on it and neither time communicated that to me until after each appointment.

My jeep was there for 18 days ...for a crank sensor. The tech I spoke to said they were waiting for the approval on the parts under warranty. After 18 days my family needed the car and I paid the cost out of pocket. This was a terrible experience. Now I'm out 300 dollars because the warranty approval took so long. I should be refunded this money if approvel goes through. I'll be waiting for my check . In the mean time I will be letting other potential customers know about all the headache and irritation of dealing with the service department.

The entire staff was amazing. I came to them with a unique situation and they worked with me through the entire process. I drove away in my new car as a very satisfied customer. I brought my Jeep to Urse for a routine oil change and bulb replacement while visiting family over the holidays. While there, my Jeep was parked on a patch of ice and slid into something which dented the fender and scratched one of the wheels. Urse ultimately paid for the repairs, but the process was more difficult than it should have been. I live in Virginia, and had to return that week, so Urse told me to take my Jeep to my usual garage and have them send the estimate to Urse, and they would take care of the rest. I did so but after three days Urse hadn't authorized the garage to do the repair, or respond to them or me in any way. I inquired with Urse and was told, for the first time, that Urse wanted three estimates from which they could choose. This was not feasible for several reasons, but especially because the estimate I provided included the price of a rental (which Urse had agreed to pay). I asked to speak to the service manager about it but he was away. I was told the GM was covering service and would call me back. He never did. I had to keep calling Urse over the next two days to get through to someone to help me. Finally, I was told again the GM would call me. He never did. Instead, another lady called to say Urse authorized the repair and that the service manager would call me to go over everything. He never did.

The service manager didn t even speak with me the day the wreck happened. Instead, he communicated with me from his office via the service advisor. I think a service manager should have the courtesy to speak with a customer directly in this type of situation to ensure the customer that the matter will be resolved to satisfaction. But that never happened.

No apology or attempt to make up for the damage beyond the bare minimum was ever attempted. No manager ever spoke with me, though I was told to expect a call from one on three separate occasions. The repair is now complete, but body work never fully restores a vehicle, and my trade-in value will ultimately suffer because of it.

Upon buying a 2019 Jeep Compass, I was promised a 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Less than three months of driving the Jeep, one of the headlights went out and also a few interior lights. We took it to Urse so they could fix it under the warranty and they claimed it wasn t covered under the warranty. They wanted to charge us $60 to replace a $10 bulb. Urse is a joke.

The purchase experience was fantastic. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone seemed to care about meeting our needs and were patient with my son s first purchase. It was a great relief they didn t dismiss him because of his young age and treated him with respect. No pressure at all. Walked us through the process and accommodated our special needs. I highly recommend the sales staff.

My car has been burning oil horribly to the point where I have to carry oil at all times. This has been an issue I have had my car in the shop for 4 times now. They have done nothing but keep making me do oil consumption tests over and over. My car has shut off on me multiple times. I haven t even had it a year and a half and it only had 15,000 miles on it when I got it. I just keep getting the run around. I will never purchase a car here again. If nothings done the next time I m going to have multiple other people involved to get something done.

I purchase my 2014 dodge charger at Urse dodge in Fairmont wv. They have been servicing it since day one!. The staff in the service department are the GREATEST!. They are always friendly, cheerful, and provide the most complete and always profession! They inform me of recalls and of the things that need done according to my mileage. Last week when I needed coolant and transmission fluids changed and a few other things they gave me a ride home and picked me up, even though I live approximately 20 minutes away. They treat me like a best friend and I feel they are a best friend to me! Thank you to all the wonderful people in the service department who take care of me and my car! I am so glad i purchased my car there! I can't say enough or praise them more!

I had a great experience at Urse. I drove in from Pittsburgh to buy used GMC truck. Sierra, with a used car department could not have been nicer. She worked with me on the best price possible for the truck and on my trade-in. I could not find that particular truck around any cheaper. The finance department was also extraordinary. They even beat my credit union rate of 3.99%. The truck was detailed and filled with gas when I picked it up.

Where do I begin? Urse Dodge provided my husband with a lease vehicle, an eco diesel ... that has been in the shop for the third time after presenting the same symptoms. It took 21 days to "fix" it this time. The "fix" also happens to involve purchasing -from dodge- an additive to every fuel up. They cannot even assure us the problem is diagnosed and resolved. We explain that we both work. A loaner vehicle is not an option with them. We say I am almost 8 mo.s pregnant and cannot risk being brought to the hospital and have it break down again -each time it has only been a month or so between repairs when the same issue occurred and stalled the vehicle. We have zero confidence in the performance of the vehicle because it seems obvious it is a flaw in the eco diesel emission system that dodge hasn't figured out yet, and we resent being party to an experiment while our livelihoods and my and my child's safety are at risk. So we ask for trade options, but somehow there are no other options to trade for but something way more expensive. We ask for a way out of the lease and compensation for a lost trade investment - not to mention compensation for lost wages from being compromised in transport, the extra travel expenses incurred in getting a fixer upper to use during the lengthy repair - but of course they can't do that either. Every dead end is met with little sympathy, and statements like "our hands are tied take it up with corporate." We took it up with dodge chrysler customer care and they said they can't do anything, and that we should go back to the dealership. We sent a letter to "Doug Urse" last week and never heard back. Not once did they offer to advocate for their consumer by contacting corporate with us. They claim to offer customer service, but what they give you are excuses and then try to make more money off of you. I will be taking it up with the attorney general, consumer affairs and continue discussing this with our attorney.

This was my first experience at Urse and im happy i decided to go there to buy a new vehicle. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful, they had a lot of nice vehicles to choose from. Everything went well and there was absolutely no aggravation or hassle. My salesman was Andrew and he was wonderful to deal with, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was extremely helpful through the whole process. He made my experience positive and stress free. Definitely reccomend this place.

I went in to the service department and told them that my computer needed reprogrammed as per another auto repair shop. I explained I needed it done. Service person ran a quick test and discovered I needed two front air bag due to a recall. He asked if they could do it . I said yes... I went back several hours to check in my car and all that was completed was the recall work. The service Dept person said the tech could not locate any engine codes and therefore couldn t compete the reprogramming. I went over to the car and the engine checklight came was on. I believe that the service Dept was more concerned with they recall work then my onboard computer programming . I understand that the recall work needed done but if my car is still acting up and I decided to not drive it the air bags do me no good. I was very disappointed they the recall work was done before they looked at the real problem and I never received a call from the service Dept. If I would have not wasted a whole day I probably would have purchased or leased a car from you guys this weekend. Now I must say your guys didn t charge me for anything. But man I work for a bank and don t get a lot of time off. So now I don t know what I m going to do.If you service Dept would have called me and told me they couldn t find anything wrong. I was prepared to just talk to your salesman and purchase another auto.. but since nothing went right you guys will lose this sale and possibly future sales... I feel bad even writing this but someone needed to know that my car is still not fixed. Now I am forced to do something different.
