The worst experience I have gone through with a company even when I escalated the call due to a representative yelling at me when I did not raise my voice the head manager hung up in my face. Please do not go to this company. I would rather not drive at all than to have insurance with them.

ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE. I bought a new car and have it insured with state farm. However, SF is threatening to cancel my insurance since United REFUSES to provide my history of claims for my previous car that I had insured with United, even if I am the one asking for it. Why do they refuse to provide paperwork? It is MY insurance history, MY rights. I cannot view my claims ANYWHERE! I have spent many hours on the phone with them and am given different excuses every time. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the employee REFUSED! PLEASE STAY AWAY. I cannot stress this enough. They refuse to help me.

If I could possibly do 0 stars or even negative they would absolutely call under negative star review. Everything that every review says under this company is 100% accurate except the 2-3 that are in support of this company. They are crooks, scam artist to say the least. I've been calling daily for 2 weeks and have yet to receive a call back. Im told they are considering my vehicle a total loss and "its waiting approval by the supervisor", who also does not answer or return phone calls. However the adjuster noted in the amount that she called and spoke to me regarding this matter. I assure you this NEVER happened. I have cell phone records to show that they're company has never once called my phone. This is a disgrace that this company can carry on as a reputable insurance company. Im contacting the better business bearou and the insurance commissioner immediately.

These people are extremely unprofessional. Worst service provided on hold for over half an hour, no one ever answers the phone Helen EXT: 32438 who's supposedly covering my case investigation. They love to extend claim payoff time for "investigation" purposes to 90 days hoping claimant will just get tired of waiting. Doesnt even deserve one star.

They never answer the phone for 3 months of the crash of my car and they don't want to answer me they always answer the phone in a bad way, they tell me to wait for me but in these three months if they need my payments there if they don't delay charge, the worst insurance I've seen hopefully close it so people don't give money to this invented and bad company anymore!

One of their policy holders rear ended me. Three weeks have passed and I'm still not even halfway through the claims process. After sending me 35 minutes from my home to have an estimate done, I have not since been able to get a hold of anyone. For the past 3 days I have called at a reasonable hour (12-3pm) and was on hold for 30-40 minutes each time with no answer. The recording told me I could leave a message by pressing 1, but every time I tried that it would ring and then hang up on me. This is inexcusable of an insurance company. I have given up trying to get in touch with these people and will just pay my deductible and let USAA deal with these incompetent adjusters to get financial restitution. If they had helped me and just been horrible at their jobs, they would have earned the one star. But seeing as how no one must even work there to be able to answer the phone, my official review is 0/5 stars.

I had an accident back on 4/15/19 and here we are 5/01/19 and I have still to hear from someone about repair, or what is going on with my claim. Ashely Rodriguez is my claim agent from what it says in a letter and I have still to hear from anyone... BBB has been contacted and I am soon contacted all TV stations. They need to understand to not play with people and laugh in their face when they are down, and have better communication with their clients. Please if you are shopping around for insurance, do not go with these people.. they are scammers.

i would not recommend this company even if your were my worst enemy, i signed up with my wife for $127 dollar for a Liability car insurance but they were asking for proof of insurance from my previous insurer i did provided all the information that they need,. but wasn't enough so then they wanted to raise my original cost which it makes no sense what so ever either way i canceled with them and i went back with state farm which now i'm paying about the same for a full coverage but not only that i later got a bill for the amount of " of $78.16" they said that it was due and that's it. i then contacted them but they just keep on sending me to another "agent" and to another one and so on in the end i just paid them because is not worth the trouble but they are the worse company so far. do you research first.

I was involve in an accident with one of their customers who was at fault and even cited for hitting me. After a few months of this unprofessional company not responding about a claim I decided to show up to their office. Then they notify me that they were not paying for my claim because they believe I was at fault when their customer was clearly at fault and even cited by the police because of it. I will be filing a complaint with the department of financial services, and will do all I can to make sure that everyone is aware of this company that should not be even in business.

This company is garbage. They take your money and do not help you when you actually need them. Ive been a driver for over ten years and ive never had an accident, thanks to God! Ive never needed to file any claims. But of course. Now that i do, They do not pay for anything. They do not try to help you in any way. The car has been sitting in the shop for two weeks and they never went to go take a look at it. If im paying for this insursnce monthly, why must i have to chase them and beg to be provided with the sevice and accomadations that im due! ! Im going to be switching to allstate.

Now United Auto says I have claim & want to raise my premium if I choose to go with another insurance company. I asked for a loss report & they said they do t do that, so I asked for a letter saying that they had no payouts on my behalf & they said they don t do that. So they want to keep me hostage to them & they won t raise my premium.

The worst company you can ever deal with. I got into an accident with one of their insureds over a year ago and they finally made an offer Of $500 in BI, mind you my medical bills exceed over $6000. Then when my company went into litigation they are putting a lawsuit over $20k against the person who hit me because United told their insurer that they will not pay out. So if I were you don t waste your money with this company or you could possibly get a lawsuit against you.

After several weeks dealing with a Claim Adjuster from United that didn't pick my calls and go directly to voicemail ALL the time, I was finally lucky that she was replaced by Rigoberto Esquivel. He's been very professional and helpful, explaining the entire process for me from the get go. Rigoberto is always willing to answer any question or concern. There is absolutely no way I could have navigated through all of this confusion of a Car Claim without his help. Right now, I have all my confidence behind him. If you have unfortunately to make a claim to United Insurance because of a car damage, I would highly recommend you to try to reach Rigoberto Esquivel.

It is the worst automobile insurance I ve had. I crashed my car on Monday, today is Wednesday and I still don t have a solution to move my car from the accident location. They say the car will be towed just tomorrow Thursday. Fortunately it was into a community, with the risk of the community towed my car. They do not have a 1 800 line who helped me in the evening, I ve had to wait until the next day after 8 or 9 am to get communication. I ask to myself: if I had crashed in the night and in the middle of nowhere, do I have to wait until next day to have an answer, somebody across the phone line who help me? ... and to finish that history by now, they don t loan me a car, the girl who attend me told me that I have to rent a car anywhere and then they reimburse me. Nothing written, just words. Who guarantees me? And if I don t have money? And if they don t reimburse me? Who can help me?

This has been the worse experience I have had with an insurance company. It took the adjuster almost 1 1/2 weeks to go out to the body shop to authorized the repair on my vehicle. Then it took them another 1 1/2 weeks pay the collision center. I was without my car for 3 weeks. Of course I had to get a rental. I was told that they do not pay in advance for a rental. I had to pay for my own rental. The day I dropped off the rental I faxed the information to reimbursed over to the insurance agent. That has been 5-6 weeks ago and I have yet to be reimbursed for the rental car. I have called the agent and left numerous messages and cannot get a call back. I was given her supervisors telephone number and I called her only to find out she would be out of the office until around 10/1/2016. The customer service line cannot help me either. I guess my frustration comes from not knowing when I will be reimbursed for the rental car. If it is going to take 3 months for reimburse me, tell me that. I was told to fax the information to the agent and I would be reimbursed. I guess I should have asked how long. This is new to me. I have State Farm and even though they are a bit expensive, at least I know my problems will be taken care of expeditiously. I don't know much about the insurance company as I had never heard of them before their client hit my car, but I do know they have the terrible customer service. It has been 2 1/2 months since was car was hit and I am still dealing with this insurance company. This is ridiculous.

Wish I can give this company a negative review. They are the biggest scam. One of their members crashed into my car and after much back and forth they are only paying me $12 for my damages. They never even sent an adjuster out and are handling the claim via texts and using pictures are the way to determine damages. I know many people think because their rates may be cheaper they are better, BUT THEY ARE NOT! It should be illegal for companies like these to be in business. It's not worth what you will "save" in premiums. They are a lie, scammers, unprofessional, and just the worse. Please do your homework before using them. I can guarantee you can find a much better company and still pay decent rates. Don't allow these liers to rob you.

My car got hit in a rear-end accident on 09/05/2016 by one of UAIC's insured drivers. It has been 3 months since then, and still no action has been taken on their side to pay me for the loss on my vehicle. They claim things, and then go back on their claim, or don't do anything about it. I am tired of waiting.

Thus, I also plan on doing what Curtis (2 months ago) did (see his post below). I quote him, "I still haven't received payment from this company. I plan on reporting them to the Utah Insurance division today. If there are any other people that haven't received payment, you should report them to your state's insurance division. If they get enough complaints, the state will prevent them from writing new polices in your state."

I contacted their insured and he told me they haven t even contacted him to get his side of the story! What is going on!!!! As far as insurance they are not good at all. In getting in contact with certain people was always a mission. They had a tendency of constantly asking me the same questions over and over again to try and catch you slipping so they would have a reason to not pay in my opinion, even though I had full coverage. But not all was bad. I m happy I had a good adjuster Carla White. Out of all the employees I spoke with she was amazing. She would answer when I call and if not call back right away. She was very patient with me despite my frustration with me having to deal all the run arounds and the fact that it took almost 2 months in getting the check to get back my truck. She was very helpful and did her best to help in my claim. So as the insurance 2 stars (and that s me being nice) but Carla White I give her 7 stars!!!!

Worst insurance company in the world.
I ve called the adjuster about 32 times in a week and never called me back. I called 16 times today, left voicemails and no one has called me back. Their customer service is garbage and don t care about your car. They are the worst. Please do not get this insurance unless you plan on never being in an accident. They will over Charge you beyond your deductible and you ll have to wait weeks to get your claim resolved. Weeks! It was 6 weeks for me. They are the absolute worst ever. Biggest mistake I ve ever made in my life as now i have no help from anyone and I owe way more than my deductible which doesn t make sense.no one will help you, you re on your own. I cannot stress how much you SHOULD NOT get this insurance company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. A neighbor hit my car on a Friday afternoon, didn't leave a note, so I had to go and request security footage from the apartment complex where I live to figure out who did this. When I talked to the person, she provided me with the insurance card from this company.

This company is a joke. They made me go to get an estimate the next day, which seemed normal and like they will act accordingly. Oh boy was I wrong. Here is the thing, the person that did the estimate told me that I would get an email from my adjuster, Sandra Nicolas, with the documents. Three BUSINESS days later no estimate, so I called and the rude agent had the guts to tell me that it had been three days and that I needed to wait. Then she tells me that they need a statement from me, when no one told me that before, and I had already told everything to the first person I talked to. To make matters worse I get a letter from Sandra saying that this can take up to 60 days or MORE and that if I wanted to, I could go through my insurance. Seriously? Why do I have to go through my insurance when your client hit me? They also sent paperwork for me to fill, even asking me to DRAW the accident. What is this? The 1960s?

I had to call again today, March 25, because looking at the papers it seems like a joke and a scam and I just couldn't believe that a serious and real company will do this just to try to get away from their responsibility. Since Sandra is not answering her phone, because as most people have mentioned here, your adjuster WILL NOT answer, I talked to Ricky W., who told me that they also need a written statement, which again, they didn't mention before and that's why I received the papers. He also asked me for pictures, which they should have from the person that did the estimate and from when I sent them last week. Pictures from two sources and they are still asking for them.

It is completely disrespectful that I have to go through all this because of your lack of responsibility. I even had to call the person who hit me and and ask for her to call them to give her statement to try and speed up the process. Now I have to request a copy of the security footage to submit as evidence, because it seems like they don't want to fix my car. The worst part is looking at all the reviews and realizing that I'm in for a long and painful process.

Do not! I repeat do not get a policy with this company. When you decide to leave they will cause your next company to drop you or raise your premiums. They can t provide you with insurance history documents that a better insurance company will need. There is a reason so many people give this company 1 star.

CLAIMS ADJUSTERS AND SUPERVISORS DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL AND GET A MANGERS INFORMATION THE CLAIMS ASSISTANTS HUFF AND PUFF BEFORE THROWING YOU RIGHT BACK INTO THE SUPERVISORS VOICEMAILS.

ANY PERSON THAT IS ALSO HAVING THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE. THEY WILL EITHER GET THIS COMPANY IN LINE OR SHUT THEM DOWN ALTOGETHER.

Pray you never get hit by someone with UAIC. Its been 4 months since I was hit by someone with this insurance and I'm STILL dealing with them. Their agents don't do their jobs and never return phone calls. I'm in collections because THEY have not paid the physical damages claim. I'm about ready to give up on dealing with them and just hire a lawyer.

This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with , they don t return your calls and they have people who can barely speak English so your cialms will not properly be handle. They took 15 days to pick my car up from a towing garage. It s been a month and a half and my claim is still not closed or handle. The adjuster don t pick up their phones when you call them. They will tell you lies so you don t have to keep call and they never call you to update you on your claims instead you have to call every day of the week. Don t get this insurance company you re better off with no insurance at all then dealing with these liars . I honestly don t know why their still in business. This truly deserves a 0 rates /Star but to post my Facts I have to give them a crappy rate.

I cannot believe that this company is still in existence. My vehicle was hit by a UAIG policy holder and it took them months to decide if they were going to cover the fixes. After they finally did and I took my car to the shop, the car was at the shop for a month because their excuse was UAIG does not want to cover OEM parts and rather wait for a part to be on order (however, UAIG tells you they are not liable for your rental because a part is on order). This company is a piece of crap. After waiting 22 days for a bumper on a 2014 hyundai santa fe to be replaced I am considering taking it further possibly in a legal form. Their agents only recite "policy" when it's obvious that theoretically it sounds like that should be the way but it never is! Adjusters never return phone calls (unless you ask for a manager, then they magically appear to be in office). And they only cover $25 a day in rental for the time they believe the car should take to fix not considering their self caused delays of waiting for used parts.

I made a claim with company about 4 months ago their insured customer hit me from behind. I never receive any letters to state my claim was denied. They give their customers the option to come for in interview . If customer doesn't come in for interview they deny your claim. This company has to be a scam an needs to be shut down.

You could never get anyone on the phone since they put you on hold, answered and then in a split second they put you back on hold and you can spend the day waiting to talk to someone. THE WORST!!!!!!!!! Rude or NO customer service. So when you are in trouble and need the insurance company to help you, you are on your own so if you want to throw your money away, THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT! BAD SERVICE OR BETTER, NO SERVICE!

horrible customer service. every time i ask to speak to a supervisor i get transfer to my adjuster who hasn't answered in weeks! not to mention that they wont send my evaluation report because they know they're cheating me! you can't access any documents on the site, they barely speak english, closed on weekends, been paying $478 for full coverage just to be stuck without a car. im surprised no one has filed a lawsuit yet! I most definitely will be contacting the better business bureau and the news channel on the behalf of all of us. bad bad business!!!!
