Please dont use this insurance. I have full coverage and pay my bill on time every month never been late and the moment I get into a small accident the insurance is running an nom professional investigation which doesnt make any sense because they have the police report and and adjuster already approved the claim. I gave all the information requested from me and still have to be trying to reach someone for 5 days with no return calls what so ever. In top of that when ever I tried calling the costumer service line the representatives will mock you and treat you like if you were their kid. This is the worst costumer service I have ever received in my life. Please dont get distracted by the price which is not even that good. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE IT HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

The most fatal that I have ever had, this stupid company never stands up, my husband had his car stolen and after 70 days without a reply they told him that they were not going to pay for the car because they did not accept people who worked driving trucks, is this possible? What does one thing have to do with the other if your car has nothing to do with your work is for personal uselll. But nothing seems that for them to accept it had to be a pilot . He started from stupid. In the end, with the amount of negative comments this company has, it is better that they close it down for scammers than they are and lack of respect for their customers.

BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible Auto Insurance!!! Stay Away!!! When you call they place you on hold forever!! I have tried calling at different times and different days, I always have a long wait. When I tried calling to set up an accident claim, there was never anyone available to set up the claim. I now use Geico, they are a million times better. Save your money and frustration and go to another company!! They may be cheap, but remember you get what you pay for!

Horrible customer service!! A complete useless of space w/ unprofessional staff members who are liars. They do not return phone calls and their waiting time to get threw to their call center just so they give u the run around is at least a 20 min on hold time. They then give u a useless ext# to an agent that never answers ur calls no matter what time or day it is.. And don't bother trying to call a supervisor cause they are also, M.I.A.!! The claims are shuffled from one department to another , taking months & months to hear from with any news of your claim. They are quick to take ur money but that's the last time you get any decent service cause its down hill from there on

Unprofessional on the phone and sound like they couldn't be any less interested in their customers. I had a policy for 6 months in Nevada, paid on time each and every month - only to be sent a letter every month without fail telling me my policy was going to be cancelled for late/ non-payment, despite my payments registering on the website. I wouldn't trust them to cover me as far as I could throw them.

Provided proof of all pictures,videos and exchange of information of the person that hit my car including their ID card along with policy information, vin number, tag, even the person himself and they denied the claim. The Adjuster never even bothered calling back from the start of the claim, several calls and voicemails , terrible costumer service! Taking this legal! It's a trash of company. They have not answered my case for 2 months. only one adjuster attends to you (in my case Anthony Louis ext- 32234), and they never answer the phone. The answering machine comes out and even if you leave the message, they never call you. You call any customer agent representative of the call center and they do not hear the problem, they directly transfer the call with your adjuster (which I already mentioned, does not answer the phone.) What is needed to sue or close this nasty business?

I called before the closing hours. Nobody seems to pick up the phone. When the representative who speaks Spanish, even though I selected English didn t understand transferred me to another agent and transferred me to a supervisor who is on vacation but will return March 19. I think the staff needs to update their voicemails or at least have an email where somebody can actually help the tech savvy customers they have through different agencies. Now my issue was from 4 years ago and the agent said they don t make letters for financial institutions. All I need is to know where I can get a copy of my claim to show the university I was in an accident at the time. If anybody can help me I would really appreciate it. Hopefully it doesn t take 3 months to reply on this review.

A month ago I filed my claim, my car was repaired 15 days ago and I could not recover it because they do not finish making the payment, they only call you to lie and ask the same questions in search of inconsistencies to justify their incompetence, this company has 3 years taking my money and when something happens and after providing sufficient evidence of the case they still try to evade their responsibility. They don't deserve even a star.

This has been the worst experience ever. Paying full coverage for my car, getting in an accident and having proof by accident report that it wasn't my fault and yet no one in this company as been helpful whatsoever in anything. I've been over a month with out transportation, over a month both my lawyers and my self have been trying to get in contact with adjuster and to my surprise my case has been switched already three times to different adjuster. I'm tired of leaving voicemails, waiting for a call back, same as my lawyers and we get nothing. Now they say they want to pull up an investigation regarding MY COVERAGE while I'm here still waiting for my hospital Bill's with PIP to be covered. This and a lot more. This is the worst company you can ever get to insure your car. Cheap price for horrible service.

2/8/2019 My first one star review. This company plays games, finds ways to cancel policies without merit. REMEMBER READING THIS WHEN THEY DO IT TO YOU. No Policy with my name on it has ever paid out a single Penny since I started Driving 20+ years ago. NOT EVER, I'm the safest bet in insurance and they still find ways to play games. They wait till You make a payment and cut Your policy off. Then, You have to find another company but they keep a chunk of Your money. ****EDIT**** 3/29/2019 the policy was reinstated without me doing a thing, I don't know if it's fair to keep up this review, I'll switch it from one star to 4 Stars just in case.

She was not helpful at all, so I requested another adjustor, a God send by the name of Niomi who in the short time I spoke with her explained to me the process, kept me updated and always ensured that I understood what was happening. If you work with this company, work with Niomi Gomez.

This company is a Nightmare !!!
I'm giving this company 1 star because there is no lower score than that. So far, they have been my worst experience. A job that was to be done in 3 days took 4 weeks because they failed to provide the request for a supplement sent from the collision center where I took my car to be repaired, leaving me with a rental bill of more than $600, and now, the adjuster assigned to my claim has ignored all faxes and phone calls that I have made for the last 2 months, trying to get that money reimbursed.

Today is 1/10/2019 I had to do this to make sure how new this review is and apparently this company has not changed. I wish I read the reviews before this. They canceled my policy without notice. I never got a call email nothing. They claim I didn t send in my paperwork but I have all the proof I need. My other half is fighting them based on the fact they took payment from his card but he didn t authorize it. I filed with my bank and will get it. I also filed with better business bureau and the insurance commissioner. Matter of fact I filed a claim with the commissioner today. This company is exactly what all the reviews say. They never answer only for payment. They are rude and ignorant. The supervisor was mad because I disputed the transaction with my bank and threatened me with lawyers. Lol people DONT USE THEM. REPORT ISSUES TO FLORIDA INSURANCE REGULATION COMMISSIONER! File a dispute with your bank. Take this company down. The more complaints the more they will investigate and shut them down. They got the wrong girl. I am very capable and a lot smarter then there underwriters that s for sure. Thank god I didn t get into an auto accident. People don t use this company.

Guy runs into me. United is his company. I get an estimate for repairs for about $850 and they (from the pictures I was asked to send them) decided it was $650. Have called repeatedly only to be dumped into a voicemail box for an adjuster and never a call back. Accident happened in October 2015 and it is now February 2016.

Not sure how they treat their paying customers, but the other reviews would lean toward the crappy side of the service spectrum. Did not even bother with an inspection, I had to do the work for them...

Giovani, their total loss adjuster, doesn t care to do his job. He has been working on my case for over two months and doesn t answer his phone even after leaving several voicemails and messages with the customer service rep. I did not renew my policy with them for this exact reason. Not to mention the fact that unless he does what he needs to do I can t get a new vehicle since the accident was a total loss...and we re in THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. How do they expect for me to get to work, go to the grocery store? Complete everyday necessities? Every bad review on here is 100% true. If you re looking for an insurance company DO NOT HIRE THEM. As inexpensive as their rates are, it s not worth paying less for less. Pay the extra somewhere else and you ll save yourself way more money and have less headaches. I will be putting in a complaint with the BBB since they have shown tremendous negligence during these hard times.

Don t respond to this saying to email your incompetent customer service team, just like you ve done everyone else who s had the same issues. You have my name, you have my adjuster s name. DO YOUR JOB OR I WILL INVOLVE A LAWYER.

Contacted NICB and trying to get in touch with the FBI as well. These people have violated my contract. I paid $372 for 6 months of basic coverage, 4 months later they get back to me and charge me more because of a "mistake" they made. Either I pay or they cancel my insurance. Not sure how these people are still in business but that is straight up FRAUD. Can't imagine how much extra money they rack up because of these "mistakes". People like this don't deserve to stay in business. Wish I could at least vouch for the staff but even they have terrible attitudes.

This was when I owned my last car. I have long since left this insurance company (thank goodness), I'm now shopping for new insurance for my new car, unfortunately I was reminded of this insurance company and was disgusted.

worse insurance ever!! STAY AWAY. i had an accident back on november 2014. I received a letter from them to go for an interview with the manager. i agreed since at first i thought it was part of the process. when i went in the whole interview was recorded and under OATH. yes like if i was a criminal. the manager literally went into every aspect of my life and according to him i was FORCED to answer all his questions, and he threatened me that if i didn't answer they weren't going to cover the accident. he even googled my house without my permission to see the street view and confirm if it was true that i didn't want to park my car there because it didn't fit with the other cars there. how is this important to an insurance company??? he screamed at me, threatened me, treated me like if i was criminal, come on! anyone can have an accident! at the end of the day, they decided not to cover my accident, after i pay every month $240 on time! i had to pay for my car to be fixed at a body shop $500. and now today July 2nd 2015 i get a letter from them stating that my policy is going to be even more expensive! $301 monthly, WHAT IS THAT?? i called them and they stated they were raising the price because of the accident i had. REALLY? they didn't even cover it! how can they raise my policy price?? not to mention the HORRIBLE/ NASTY costumer service they have. ohh and if you ever have an accident they will take more than a month to even go and take pictures of the damaged vehicle. it's not only my experience, the same day i went to the interview there were several people complaining because their accidents were not going to be covered. this was my first accident ever, and they shouldn't have treated me the way they did. i cannot take back the horrible decision i made getting insured with them, but at least i hope someone reads this and i can avoid them such a bad experience. i've never written any other reviews in my life, but i had to get this out some way. once again, STAY AWAY!!! THEY'LL DO ANYTHING TO AVOID THE COVERING YOUR ACCIDENT!

She call and talk with someone at office, and they act like they did not care. She got in trouble for not having insurance. The worst that exists in Auto insurance, they only take your money and then do not respond if you have an accident. It happened to me 10 years ago and I thought they would have already broken. Until I become a boyfriend of a girl who has it, he cancels it a month ago and they are still taking money from his bank account. They are crazy about these "Thieves" Do not make sure with these UNITED AUTO INSURANCE THIEVES or they will rob you. Was involved in a fender bender with the at fault party insured by UAIC. Dealing with these people is a nightmare. I spent hours on hold and when I spoke to a human, I couldn't get a straight answer. When asked to speak to a supervisor, more hold time and unreturned voicemails. When asked for written confirmation on what a manager said over the phone the manager yelled at me and said they do not send emails nor would she send me a letter. If you're thinking about getting insured by this poorly managed company, don't!

I just spoke to a representative a few minutes ago...

I just spoke to a representative a few minutes ago who lacks professionalism and definitely disregards your organizations code of conduct when speaking with people on the phone during a claim call.

She purposely did not provide me a claim number so I can call back for status or updates; not sure if she even entered the claim properly in your system.

She denied me her name...
Rather than giving me information in regards to the claim I was completing with her, she went on a rant stating that your customers insurance wasn t valid on the date she hit my car. I asked said representative to simply verify via your system if the insurance was active before or in present date and she said she was not allowed to provide that information to me; that an underwriter would contact me in 2-3 weeks to verify.

I think that timeframe is extreme to just verify a policy and when I brought it to her attention that is when she became completely hostile bothered and unethical denying information and hanging up on me.

If you don t like the job, move on and find another field rather than damaging the companies image with your unnecessary miserable attitude.

I have had my car crashed for 3 weeks now and I still can't have my truck fixed every time I call it's a different excuse they transfer me to someone different and keep me on hold for about 45 minutes to 1 hour and sometimes just hangs up and i need to call and wait again for 1 hour! My 'adjuster'. Which name is jennate Gonzalez never gets back to me and never answer my call, I hope I never have to deal with this terrible insurance again! But now I'm going to get a lawyer and call the news and hopefully they can air this on tv for everyone can see how bad this insurance is!

I call an no one ever answers the phone. You can not leave message because Jasmine's (claim personal) is completely full. Nor can you get anyone else to answer. I am tired off the run around so I think a lawyer an the BBB is my next move plus any other place I can turn them into for this I will. My mission now is to get this insurance company shut down anyway I can. By the way they can't even handle there own claims it's subbed out to another company.

I got hit on my motorcycle August 19th buy there client 100% there fault. My motorcycle was totaled and I've been waiting for a payment now for 40 days. It was sent to total loss to approve the amount they came up with on September 24th. I have been calling Antwan Dillard my adjuster for 5 days leaving a voice mail every day and calling every few hours every day. I have extention memorized. I finally called today and wanted to talk to a supervisor to report my adjuster not returning my calls and git sent to another voicemail where I left my number and my complaint. This is the worst experience of my life i can't work the only money ill have to survive on till my lawsuit or I can work again is for motorcycle and already 40 days with no check. No one answers phone. No one cares. This company is the meaning of bad business. I have no way to pay my bills or survive or transportation and still waiting. My lawyer has had to send threatening emails just to get this far. They don't deserve one star they deserve to be out of business 100%

The adjuster never answers or calls back. They tell you to take it to their authorize body shop where they under estimate the damaged by a third of the price. Ridiculous. Then over a month to pay and they don't offer rentals and if they do, they only pay 12$ a day. These small insures shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Most unprofessional company I've ever came across they will string you along for as long as they can. Someone with this insurance hit my car on my way to work, they fled the scene then came back 30 mins later when the police arrived. They were at fault for braking the stop sign. We got the police report and insurance number the next day I called and arranged with Armando Menedez to come look at the car . a few days later I got the estimate. Which was only $5000 (mind you the airbag flew and everything) but i was fine with it as long as my car was able to be fixed. He even went a head to say we can go ahead and bring it to the mechanic while we await the check from united automobile insurance. I had to pay the wrecker fees and tow yard fee. Fast forward to a month of taking uber (they told me to get a rental out of pocket but I cannot afford that during this pandemic) turns out they are giving me the fault and will not be fixing the car even though the police ruled that their client was at fault. I only had this car for 5 months brand new 2019 honda so you can imagine how enraged i am about this situation.

I was in a car accident with one of their insureds, and when this company was getting my statement, the claim rep Diana Mejia told me that I should contact them before I pay any bills out of pocket. Fast forward 3 months after the accident, and now I need help paying bills and the claim rep will not call me back or answer my calls. This company is so unethical and I would NEVER give them my business by insuring anything through them. Shameful way to treat people who they are legally responsible to help.

Do not get this company! It is THE worst. It s like throwing your money in the trash, they do not pay claims and Geosvanny Morris who is an adjuster will not help you and is rude and doesn t return phone calls. Also his supervisor Stephanie will never ever call you back nor care about your complaint about Geosvanny Not returning your calls or emails. Sent emails texts and called every day for 3 month and nothing got done. Even emailed that email socialmedia@uaig.net and nobody responds. Beware this company is pure garbage. Just read the rest of the reviews I wish I had.

The WORST insurance company on planet earth! Took 2 years to settle the case and had to go to trial just for them to give us LESS than we deserved! My finance was injured and they did NOT Want to pay his MRI bill...like what Insurance company does that? My advice to others....if you get hit by someone with this insurance company, prepare to go to trial OR settle for far less than you anticipated...pain and suffering is pretty much Non existent with this company....

It is the worst, they take a long time to answer the phone, the adjuster does not answer the messages or calls, the supervisor who attended me, without any ethics, does not guide you on the steps to follow or at the time of the accident or throughout the course of the claim. My husband had short term insurance through them and when we were ready to cancel his policy it was nearly impossible to get ahold of someone. When we finally managed to do so we got a representative who spoke very poor broken English and whom yelled at us on the phone when explaining anything. We were charged after several phone attempts to cancel his policy and were basically told we are SOL. This company is the biggest scam out there, if giving zero stars were an option that what would have been given. Do NOT use this company, even if your desperate.

WORSE INSURANCE EVER! PLEASE READ (PERSONAL EXPERIENCE)

If I can rate this insurance at no stars then I will do so. They have the WORSE customer service, no patience, they put you on hold at random times, hang up on you, and they are ONLY on time to ask you for your monthly payments!

GOD FORBID anyone gets to an accident & has to file a claim with this insurance because it will TAKE 2 months to solve such issue! The adjusters are NEVER THERE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL, NEVER!!!!
They give you adjusters that have QUIT their job & they still give them to you so you have to call MANY TIMES to see why your adjuster isn t picking up & you find out that person quit!
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THAT!?!?
I can continue with SO MUCH MORE but I m not here to write an essay.

I had a broken windshield so I did a claim, Adjuster NEVER called me for discussing this, I called HELEN AMPIE (Adjuster) several times leaving voice mail for WEEKS! and not even 1 call back, I can't take my car to any of their vendors they work with for windshield repair becasue HELEN AMPIE is not even answering their phone calls, I WILL have to pay on my own pocket for my Windshield repair because it's getting worse and an accident could happen, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I have seen, PLEASE DO NOT BUY A POLICY FROM THIS COMPANY, it might look like low cost policies BUT it will COST YOU MORE AT THE END, if they can not even fix a windshield they will not fix your car or respond for anything, THIS IS A SCAM! The whole weight of the law should fall on them.!!!!!
