One of their policy holders rear ended me. Three weeks have passed and I'm still not even halfway through the claims process. After sending me 35 minutes from my home to have an estimate done, I have not since been able to get a hold of anyone. For the past 3 days I have called at a reasonable hour (12-3pm) and was on hold for 30-40 minutes each time with no answer. The recording told me I could leave a message by pressing 1, but every time I tried that it would ring and then hang up on me. This is inexcusable of an insurance company. I have given up trying to get in touch with these people and will just pay my deductible and let USAA deal with these incompetent adjusters to get financial restitution. If they had helped me and just been horrible at their jobs, they would have earned the one star. But seeing as how no one must even work there to be able to answer the phone, my official review is 0/5 stars.
