NO STARS! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My car was totaled by another car whose insurance is also UAIC and it's been 3 months and I still don't have a new car due to how unbelievably long this office has taken to process my case. Do not even THINK about getting this insurance, trust me, spend more in better insurances, this company is not worth the suffering and trouble.
