This has been the worse experience I have had with an insurance company. It took the adjuster almost 1 1/2 weeks to go out to the body shop to authorized the repair on my vehicle. Then it took them another 1 1/2 weeks pay the collision center. I was without my car for 3 weeks. Of course I had to get a rental. I was told that they do not pay in advance for a rental. I had to pay for my own rental. The day I dropped off the rental I faxed the information to reimbursed over to the insurance agent. That has been 5-6 weeks ago and I have yet to be reimbursed for the rental car. I have called the agent and left numerous messages and cannot get a call back. I was given her supervisors telephone number and I called her only to find out she would be out of the office until around 10/1/2016. The customer service line cannot help me either. I guess my frustration comes from not knowing when I will be reimbursed for the rental car. If it is going to take 3 months for reimburse me, tell me that. I was told to fax the information to the agent and I would be reimbursed. I guess I should have asked how long. This is new to me. I have State Farm and even though they are a bit expensive, at least I know my problems will be taken care of expeditiously. I don't know much about the insurance company as I had never heard of them before their client hit my car, but I do know they have the terrible customer service. It has been 2 1/2 months since was car was hit and I am still dealing with this insurance company. This is ridiculous.
