I've been waiting almost a month for my payment on my totaled car. They don't call to let you know nothing. Theread customer service sucks. They changed my adjuster without me knowing. It's there client that hit me from the back and totaled it. I've been without a car or a damn payment. I will gladly report them to the state if they don't give me my money in a week. With a lawyer if I must.
