I was involved in an accident with on so there client is been now 2 month this is the worst no return calls and if they do is just the run-around how hard is to give a straight answer I was not at fault it was there client who totaled my car. Every Monday is the same call by tommorow we should have an answer after my supervisor approves it bullsh----t all it is.
Worst customer service I ever delt with when it comes to insurance.
