Horrible!!!!! Adjuster, Lauren Alvarez does not pick up her phone ! It s been 2 months and my claim has not been moving forward. I contacted their insured and he told me they haven t even contacted him to get his side of the story! What is going on!!!! I ve left more than 30 voicemails and I call the Department of claims every time. I will file a complaint if I do not get a response.
