Stay very far away from this company, bad customer service is just the tipping point with this company, this company is border line criminal if not full on. I live in Ottawa, after a week of communication with a "employee" I wont mention names due to possible criminal/legal action, I was told 2500 down. Take the train to Toronto, arrive to the office at 8:30 am, sat there like a fool til 12:30pm only to have "employee" come out and tell me I need 4500 down, fearing something like this I had a back up plan with another dealer, so I told him Im outta here if that is the case because my budget was 2500 down. So "employee" says "hold on, Ill be right back". Another 2 hours passes by, he comes out and says ok lets go, got it done lets hurry up and sign the papers so we can plate the truck same day, so I go sign the paper work, get rushed through in about 10 minutes, and was told my payment would be 523 a month. This is Dec 23, I then had to drive 12 hours to northern Ontario for the holidays, so I just wanted to get out of there.
Arrive back to Ottawa, the paperwork was sent to me in a "welcome package" First thing when you open it, it says your monthly payment is 523. So did not think anything of it, or continue to look through it. Fast forward to day of payment, 800 dollars comes out, I call and they say...."well yes the other payment is for your PROMISSORY NOTE" I said pardon me? This company took it upon themselves to create a note for a extra 2000 dollars, that I did not sign, that I did not see. And it doesnt stop there, while im signing paperwork I was told, NO EARLY BUYOUT FEE's. I asked for my buyout, ITS MORE THAN I BORROWED.
This company has blocked my email address, so they can claim plausible deniability, THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH ACTUALLY CLAIMS TO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CHANGING MY PAYMENT DATE, WHEN SHE HERSELF ASKED ME WHAT DAY I WANTED IT CHANGED TO.
I asked for the recording of signing the documents, and surprise surprise....they flat out will not give it to me. Its all Documented, from the first contact, good thing I save my emails.
If anyone has had the same issues, contact me, I already see online that im not the only one, these people need to be held accountable. Two words...CLASS ACTION.
These people have a answer for everything, and it generally involves them trying to save face by turning it back on you, when in fact its a total lie. Its like the saying goes, if everyone you deal with has a problem with you, and you try and say its "not you but them" Its usually you.
And judging by any positive reviews, they look like employees writing them, wonder why customer service is crap, when you need to be constantly searching out bad reviews online and doctor them.
