Where do I even begin? This company is absolutely TERRIBLE!! From the beginning to the end. One bad experience after another. Where do they find their employees? The customer service is atrocious, I don t think I have ever experienced such poor service and the wait time to even speak with someone is unacceptable and when you do FINALLY speak with someone they are rude, no help, give the wrong information or just don t care enough to look into your inquiry. For example, we sent a cheque for our buyout on a Wednesday and we expedited it with tracking, the cheque had been received the Friday, the following Tuesday, hadnt heard anything so we emailed to ensure that they had received it (even though we already knew they had) and the response back was "no they had not received it yet". Lies. By mid-Tuesday the cheque still hadn t been deposited, called and they were working on getting it deposited (should not take more than 2 days to get a cheque cashed), then we were told that the ownership would be mailed out the following day. Lies. Receive a call from Trend saying they won t be mailing it out until Friday. Friday comes, I call again to ensure all is good and that the transfer of ownership would be done and mailed out and they tell me "we will get to it if we have time, it may not be today". NO, that is not an acceptable response, you have your money, the car is no longer yours. Called again, spoke to a manager and thankfully they assured me that the transfer will be done in the morning. Maybe have a chat with your employees and have them not provide rude attitude and false information. I also explained that money was owing to me because after receiving the buyout amount and sending a cheque, another payment had come out of my account before the cheque had been received on their end, making the buyout amount less by the amount of my payment, although I was told previously that I would get that payment back and it would automatically go back into my account once the cheque is cashed and the system sees the over payment but then was told I would not be getting that back because they miscalculated and that payment made everything even out. ??? Miscalculated? Yeah, okay! Needless to say, getting anything done through this company is near impossible. If you see TREND Financial on anything that you are purchasing and financing, RUN!! Avoid the headaches, the stress and the disrespect.
