I have experienced Easton Bevins as being a reliable and efficient managing agent company. They have offered me practical advice as well as friendly support during my move into my new flat. I feel confident in their ability to competently manage the premise in which I live.

We had our AGM last night. We found out that our estate has been paying for lots of things that clearly has not been happening- window cleaning, guttering etc. Issues have been reported for months on end, but still no improvements have been made. Communication with Easton Bevan is poor, lots of residents have been left frustrated. No routine building inspections. Debtors left to run up huge arrears. We have mouldy walls and problems with rats due to bad general upkeep on the site. We have been promised by Alan and Mellisa that within 3 months we will see vast improvements. Not feeling very confident , but we shall see what happens. I have taken pics which I will use to compare the difference between now and October.

I would not recommend Easton Bevins Block Management. I have found communication skills poor and the company generally disorganised. For example they make decisions and fail to let the board of directors aware of the current situation. They also use very expensive contractors , which means you do not get the best value for money. At our last AGM which was 2 months ago we were promised we would see improvements- Yes jobs have started but nothings is actual complete. The intercom system did not work - a new system has been installed yet is still not up and running. The cleaners were sacked as they were not doing anything on the job spec, since then we have paid hundreds of pounds for a deep clean, yet no one is actually checking on the new cleaners work and some areas are still filthy. Internal decorations have started- booked in and arranged without being updated. Due to unseen circumstances the painter had a heart attack , so understandably job has taken longer than expected. However EB failed to let residents know what was going on meaning people weren t home when they needed to be. Painters started the on the job and worked weekends and over a bank holiday weekend , when the original painter arrived he spent a period of time wandering around the estate as he had no idea what he was meant to be doing!! Lots more promised at the AGM , but nothing has come of it. Talk is cheap!! Avoid this company at all costs. Lots of my neighbours are also unhappy with the service they provide, but not on google!!

Great management company, very informative, communication is excellent. There always seems to be someone available to help in the office. I always feel my queries are welcomed and answered very quickly
