Horrible company to deal with, they don t give a damn about their customers! Management is completely incompetent!!! This company has been a nightmare for my husband!

Update:
Their response is a joke, my husbands credit score actually decreased as a result of them not reporting. Credit utilization percentage was not going down, and for months the balance was not decreasing. This makes it look like the loan is not being paid.
My husband has had to hound them constantly to get them to send in reports. While it does not specifically state in the original agreement they will report every month, they have verbally and in written communication, stated on several occasions they report monthly. This constitutes a contract which they have breached, my husband is in the process of suing Trend Financial.
