Today I went in upset and confused about my account. I was greeted by Roxanne and we discussed my account in details. I was overall satisfied and happy that I met with Roxanne. She gave me a more clear understanding with supporting documents of my account. I left happy. I have been with trend for about 2.5 years and my account is in good standings with them. I would definitely recommend anyone with bad credit to Trend. I give 5 star ratings!!!
