I've had really good experiences working with Sandra when it comes to questions or concerns with policies. When a question arises for one of our clients/policies, she always gives all options available to us and the insured; that way we are able to avoid unsatisfactory outcomes all together. Also, if we have any questions about a policy, she is usually able to handle everything in one phone call, which is very helpful to us.
Andrea was very helpful in helping me remove a car off of my policy that I no longer wanted on my policy because I don't want to be responsible for that truck possible getting into a reck and me losing my Tahoe! Thanks alots Andrea!!!
Worst insurance company on the planet. I was hit by someone insured by Traders and it's been like going to hell and back. I feel like I've been in 5 car accidents instead of just one. And I still can't get Susan from Traders to call me back. Still have no money from them.

LOW prices for 1st month is tempting, but stay away! In one year my rates went from $49 to $68/mnth and ive asked why, they claim "oh its the new year prices have gone up" that much really??? SCAM ARTISTS cancel them ASAP

Was rear-ended by a driver with traders insurance. After a month, I finally was visited by an adjuster who said the car was totaled. 2 weeks later, this PoS company sends a letter saying they cannot pay because the client hasn't responded to their calls or letters regarding accident. Even with a police report, they have done nothing. My wife and I have a 3-month-old, and have 1 vehicle now because this company "can't reach their client." What a sad excuse for a company. Thanks to all their clients for keeping these people in business and our family without a needed second vehicle.

Great customer service, last year I wrecked my husbands car , it was a total loss , we received the check right away , I called today be cause I needed my Ins cards emailed to me and I received them tight away. Great rates! Service for both the agent and insured is prompt and accurate. State Minimum Liability and Comprehensive and Collision coverage available for newer vehicles. Roadside Assistance available for Liability ONLY vehicles on newer vehicles when you call for a dispatch. Rates for Auto Payment are exceptional, as well!
Super happy! When I called in Nicole was able to help with a issue with my policy. She then worked with Tiffany to get me a lower rate. Tiffany called me back and was able to get me a even lower rate than what was initially quoted! I am saving over a $100/month now. Great customer service and follow up. The worst decision I ever made was to call traders to insure my vehicle. They are liars, crooks, and lie to their customers. They do not have your Back when you get involved in an accident, they truly are a heartless company. The adjusters never call you, even after they repeatedly state that they have your back. Management does not do anything to help. Stay away, unless you want to throw your money away and get coverage they will not provide you with when you really need them. The horrible reviews all over the Web and the nightmare stories of other customers should have been enough of a red flag to keep me away, but when it comes to a local company you trust them, you believe in what they say. However, I had a rude awakening when it came to calling them for help on a accident that was not my fault. I've been insured for 3 years, no tickets no accidents, We were stranded 800 miles away from home and all they could say was I'm sorry, someone will call you when we receive the police report and find out who truly is at fault... Btw: a dui driver totaled my vehicle. This company has many complaints against them the better business Bureau is aware of their practices. Honestly just save yourself a humongous headache and go with a more reputable company, that has been established and are known, not this cutrate insurance company with crooked employees and No real management.

Traders canceled my insurance i had on auto pay because I didn't respond to the letter I received in the mail about whether or not my 17 year old sons would be driving, who were never on the polocy. I called to reinstate and was surprised to find out that my insurance has now increased due to the fact that I have not been with them consistently for 6 months since they canceled my insurance. I waited way longer than I should have (15 min, waited 2 hr), then called back to see if they had the correct email. No they did not. Despite all of this happening Roxy seemed like a nice woman which is why I am giving 3 stars.
Their claims service is set up to discourage filing a claim. If you call the claims number, there is no option to talk to a person. You are forced to leave a message or are directed to their website, which directs you to call the claims number. Ten days of leaving messages and emailing and no response. If you chat with a representative on their website, they claim they are in underwriting and can't help with claims and direct you to the general claims number. They also state that there should be an option to talk to a person. They clearly have made communication as difficult as possible to discourage people trying to file claims.

As an agency, its always frustrating to deal with insurance companies that make your job harder, but TRADERS is by far the BEST insurance company we deal with and our clients are extremely happy with the claims and customer Service. Aa of today, it has been a full month since my brand new 2017 Kia sorento was hit by a Traders client directly on my front bumper bashing it all into the radiator and core.The person admitted fault, said he had no brakes, said he did not look at the light, and he did not have a DL at all. When they called me and asked what happened i told them, they then said our client already admitted fault and told us.
After stating my insurance has car rental they set mine up. The first week a body damage only report came out with a 5,000 check in my name for tenetive repairs. The check said final in upper itemized corner. Huge Flag...I call and ask what the check was about...medical was not done nor was all the under the hood damges. Im from a major line of mechanics and I watched all my fluids get soaked up by fire dept. They said it was for me to cash and pay to collison...I said no..I know there is way more damge and this check says final and I do not agree. I then wrote void all over it.
My car sat at a collision repair shop for three weeks, I have some whiplash from impactand air bag..the medical claims person is different from collision, and they sub contract everything. Finally the shop calls on Mon. Of last week and says Romondo totalled my car from Traders. Please come get your things..I left several messages for Traders..on Friday of last week at 4:30 I speak with Chris who was pleasant and played like he was doing me a huge favor with the rental until Thurs this week. He says they pride themselves on how gracious they are with that. He did not pay Kia off yet..check had still not been printed to them as of yesterday. But im out a brand new car and now acrewing rental fees.
Now, Roy in medical...has quite the scripted lines..of course..I am not the typical person to buy into this. I kept being told hes waiting on paperwork..he needs this or that...well..i know for fact...he has it..i went to all offices and hospital ..got the billing..work lost ..release forms...made copies sent hards copies...computer files of papers, and faxes of everything. Then he say or he needs somehting else..guess what I did that too. I ha e attorneys willing to take over..my insurance is appauld.
The financial, mental a d physical stress this has put on me doing their job ..for them to give me, the victim the run a round is bull!..My family's whole summer was screwed. Do not offer me anything less than a min. Of several times base cost..I have done my research on that as well for everything,for stress, medical, time i took to do your job, time from my family, time i lost at work,sleep lost, and brand new plates lost in guys bumper,the rental until my funds are freed from KiA, partial taxes for new car. This was my only family car. I can not affort 242.00 a week on a rental..because your trying to pull a fast one.
Please for the last time I ask you finish this the right way, offer a fair ..not a low sucker rate, with everthing considered. Whiplash can last a LONG time with this much stress!
I will rate this higher if this is taken care of and finished quickly. It has already been a full month..

I can't wait til tomorrow cause they about to hear a ear full from me and I'm about to cancel my account... I will gladly go somewhere else. They won't get another dollar out my account!!!!!

I'm only giving Traders Insurance one star because zero stars is not an option. My husband was involved in a wreck with a Traders Insurance customer who was at fault. We filed a claim with Traders the morning after the wreck happened & was told that an adjuster would call us within a few days to schedule a time to look at his truck. A week after the wreck happened, my husband called Traders to follow-up as we hadn't heard anything. Our claim had been assigned to an adjuster & we were given his number &, of course, had to leave him a message. When someone finally came out to look at his truck, it was not our adjuster, but someone else who had to bring the information back to our adjuster to review. My husband asked if we would receive a check or if Traders would send a check to the body shop & also asked about a rental car. We were told that our adjuster would call within a few days & discuss everything with us. We had to leave 2 messages & finally received a check for the damages - no phone call to discuss - & a letter about the rental car (we had to pay out of pocket & submit the bill to be reviewed for reimbursement - which we did get). Traders is definitely lacking in customer service & communication skills. Had we not left numerous messages (that were not returned) & followed-up as much as we did, I'm sure that our claim would still be pending. We would never recommend Traders to anyone & pray that we never have to deal with them again.

It has been almost a month ago that i was rear ended by someone insured under this company. They have done nothing, they tried to push me off on another insurance company and they NEVER answer my calls or return them. You have to go into the office to get anything done and i even decided to file a complaint against this frivolous company with the insurance commissioner of kansas. I would recommend that if they take longer than a week then to do the same and file a complaint.
This Company has terrible Adjusters that deal with claims, was broadsided by one of their insurers it has been 2 weeks. We called the adjuster 2 days after the incident. And have not heard from Christine Dyran since that call. My wife called to complain to a supervisor with no call back. Finally had to turn this into our insurance company. My car was totaled . I was told I had to take pics of my own car and send it to the company"s website. Really? Do not use this company if you are looking for car insurance.

My experience was absolutely Phenomenal! I had a vehicle that was stolen and from what everyone else has said I was expecting to have a hard time getting a hold of my insurance people, I m getting things taken care of. That was not the case! James, which was assigned to me had returned my phone calls the same day if not the next day in a timely manner, I was very polite nice and even Took his time to talk to me about life. Please talk about my kids and things I like to do. He is very helpful and very genuine.

Update- can this insurance company be reported to the business bureau? Despite me telling them upon signing up that i am an uber driver, the policy they gave me with that knowledge I m now being told doesn t cover the business side of my car use even tho when asked my job I TOLD THEM. That would have been the time to say what all my insurance covered and now i can t even get a copy of the papers i signed to show what my insurance covered. Just save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but here.

Really really terrible service and this is the people I m paying to cover me. Really regret raving to my peers and telling them how affordable this insurance company was and recommending them definitely need to warn them i was incorrect. Got hit by another car and instead of them getting me back on the road so i can afford my bills and kids being a single mother of two, I m now having to fight my own insurance company. This is a total zero stars but unfortunately have to put a rating to leave a review. Do not sign up with them.

RUN RUN RUN away from this company do not even think about it turn around and run. The will over charge you. Then try to cancel your insurance when you fight them to get the money back. They are very evil and rude on the phone when you can get a person. I am very glad they showed me their true colors before something like god forbid I had a wreck etc. LOL this place is a joke. I did only stayed with them for 1 month as they told me if I cancel my insurance before then that they would keep all of my money and refund none of it. I am begging for this month to be up so that I can go with my new insurance company shelter insurance. It is 10/15/15 and can not wait for 11/5/15 when I am done with this company. Once they get their claws into your credit card and into you they dig deep and hard.
Had traders insurance, never had to make a claim or anything BUT when I decided to switch to progressive and need papers faxed I uncountered the WORST customer service in my entire life. None of my papers were faxed, no one ever answers the phone, the representative wasn't nice at all to progressive or myself. Highly disappointed that I ever gave my hard earned money to this company. DO Not use traders unless it is the VERY last resort.
They are a joke of a company it took them 4 months to review there client hitting my car in a one driver wreck and now they don't wanna pay out the full price of the vehicle.
