Worked with Russell Lagman. He combined all the qualities I look for in someone fulfilling his role as an advisor and ambassador for Toyota. He was very personable, he was very knowledgeable, and he gave me excellent advice on how to handle the purchase of rims. He pointed out to me a few things of which I was totally unaware.
