If you live in Corpus Christi and are looking to buy a vehicle, don t waste your time in town. Travel to Victoria ASAP! They beat CC, Robstown, Laredo & San Antonio deals. They were easy to work with and super accommodating. They didn t waste any time giving me a fair trade in value for my old car and went above and beyond to make a deal. The only regret I have is not going there sooner for my husbands truck. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, y all!

It took almost 2 weeks, since I didn't have a car & live in PL with no rides, but this place helped every minute. Being a First time buyer isn't easy, but they took some of the pressure off my shoulders. And I'm happy to say that I finally took the car I own home yesterday & im loving it. Worked with Bryan, Clayton, & Zack , & the 3 of them (plus probably more) made sure to find a deal that was good for me. & they all stayed pretty patient with me & my mom. Also I'm sorry if my mom was being difficult. But thank y'all again. I would definitely recommend Toyota of victoria to anyone. Very nice people. They really take care of you no matter what.

Awesome, simply awesome. Finding Professionals to work and do business with in todays world is extremely difficult. These folks absolutely bent over backwards to take care of me when I just dropped in with an urgent fix. Can not say enough good things about Toyota of Victoria. Thank you.

I bought my tundra about a month ago Lonny the sales person was great and made a good deal for my truck. The head liner had a bad spot by the sunroof and they said they would have to order a new one. They could not fix this one. The new headliner came in and I brought my tundra in to get it fixed. The new headliner was just as bad as the first one if not worse.I brought it to Lucky s attenshion so he brought the person who changed out the headliner. I showed him the frayed areas on the headliner and he brought out a new tundra and said all of the tundra s was like that and I need to call Toyota manufacturer. So I ask to speak to the manager. Before he came to talk to me, he went to talk to the mechanic and he gave me the same song and dance. I know all of the tundras do not have sunroofs in them. they just do not wont to fix my truck like they said they would..They sent me a survey and I stated my concerns with no luck.I am trying to talk to the Toyota manufacturing company to see what my next step is.

Make sure you know what you are signing when you buy a new vehicle they will add on extra insurance if you don't watch them . I have taken my Toyota back twice to get a speaker and a rattle fixed and they have yet to fix either one . The extra insurances are a rip off avoid them .

Went in looking for a trade in or sale price this morning at 930am. Was told 20-30 min id have a number. Its now 315pm, multiple text to them and no prices given. Ive referred 3 friend here in the last couple months and was suppose to take a friend tomorrow that wanted to buy a highlander (she hates going to dealers alone). I'll be doing business elsewhere from now on, including driving with her to San Antonio Tomorrow.

We have been getting our vehicle serviced here for a few years now. Today was the longest I ve ever had to wait. 3.25 hours when you are told 2 is ridiculous. Whatever new system thehave is apparently the hold up. If I didn t have Toyota care footing the bill for my services I d go else where.

Service there is always very good. However today, they did the alignment in my Sienna and the steering wheel was left off even after I mentioned it prior to the service.
I will take the car back tomorrow and I am sure they will fix it for me.

I felt the most comfortable I have ever felt buying a car in my life at Toyota of Victoria. They worked all day getting me the best deal with no pressure. Virginia did soo much for me understanding my situation and you could tell she wasn't just trying to sell a car, but really cared that I was happy. Wonderful group of ppl and I am very happy with my Yaris.

Toyota of Victoria has a good selection of vehicles on their lot. We worked primarily with Danny Gutierrez who couldn t have been more helpful in finding the right vehicle for us. His knowledge of the vehicles features is amazing and he patiently led us through the process. Love my new RAV4 and thankful that everyone we dealt with made the buying experience so much less stressful!

They treated me well. I can t believe how easy it was to buy my dream Toyota Tacoma truck! ToV was very upfront with everything from financing to warranties. They even brought my truck to me, in Houston, over a 100 miles away. I bought the truck without going to Victoria because my business wouldn t allow me to get away. They took video of the truck inside and out and answered any questions I had. Thank you to the ToV team members Rudy, Boyce and Mark for making my experience efficient and enjoyable. I definitely recommend doing business with Toyota of Victoria.

I really love this Toyota dealership. Service, parts, and sales are very nice and helpful folks. I've bought 2 vehicles from this dealer and was looking for car for teenage daughter without spending a lot of money. Sales rep got a list of cash level cars that were on lot. Nothing we were interested in, but still took the time to visit with us. Have all my service work done here unless it of town and other Toyota dealership I've been to are of same caliber. Will be lifelong Toyota customer if quality of vehicles and customer service maintain at current level!!!!

The service advisor was very good. However, the mechanic you drove my vehicle from the garage to the front was on the horn from the time he pulled out to he got up front. He left a big plastic bag in the passenger seat and the transmission shifter handle was twisted to the right. A service advisor who was outside even noticed how the mechanic was laying on the horn as well and mentioned the survey to me. Very disappointed in the service of mechanic.

Generally good experiences at Toyota. Danny with Sales team is great. Michelle & Belinda is service is very accommodating. Josie in rentals have taken care of me many times when needing a rental during an issue with a different Toyota vehicle (not purchased from them, that was my big mistake). Only complaint was being told I needed a filter that I really didn't need. Other than this one thing, Toyota of Victoria is excellent. Will continue to do business with them for years to come.

Such a great place to buy a vehicle! My sales guy, Sylvester and the financing manager, Mark were great help! I really felt like they listen to what I was saying and they had my intentions in their best interest. If I ever want another new car I will make the trip from corpus to do business with this Toyota!

Wish there was a way to give o stars I would. Wanted to buy a low mileage tundra. Told the person on the internet chat (who is not a sales person by the way) exactly what I wanted for my vehicle, to then be told "we will not lose a deal over money", that was a lie. Drove over an hour to the dealership only to find out the vehicle I went to see was sold the day before. This after I asked her several times to let me know if it was sold. She said she would. We walked around the lot for 30 minutes trying to find it. This after repeatedly asking if the vehicle was still there. As of this review it is still listed on their website!! Then sales person says " don't worry will get you close on a new vehicle, $28,000 for a used and $34,000 for a new? $6,000 difference is not close, kind of the whole "bait and switch routine". Sales manager then made excuses on how long it takes to change the inventory status. Could not believe the lack of ethics with the personnel that represent the dealership from the internet person to the sales manager. Wasted 5 hours !!!!!

Was not able to contact service advisor to get updates on repairs. Left messages and call was never returned. Jeff in service was most helpful in giving me some answers. Repairs should have been complete by noon if they had just contacted me. Why bother making an appointment when there is no effort to follow through

Talked to Brian Wagner in internet sales and told him what I was looking for. Was very specific, down to the color. He said they just got one in, it was still in the back being processed. He assured me if it wasn't exactly what I wanted, he could get it for me. Went in to look at it and he put me with salesman James Benavides. He said vehicle was at window tinting facility, so we hopped in a different 4Runner to go look at it. Drove around the parking lot, but it wasn't there. I told James I guess Brian was lying. That should have been enough to make me run. I can't stand liars. But I really didn't want to take my money out of Victoria. Went back to dealership and James then proceeded to order me what I wanted. This all happened on a Monday. On Friday, James called and said my vehicle came in, come and look at it. Got there and went outside, and the vehicle was white. I wanted silver. That's a pretty big thing to me, color. What a total waste of my time. I had a bad experience a few months ago with their service department. I took my 2003 4Runner in for a brake check. Got an estimate of $1000.00 for front & rear brakes. I told them they were crazy. Got it done by a reputable mechanic for $500.00. Mr. & Mrs. Blackwood would have never pulled this crap. Guess I'll be going to San Antonio.
Follow up: Went to Cavender Toyota in San Antonio the day after I wrote this. Had exactly what I wanted at a good price. Lots of vehicles to choose from. Excellent customer service. Ask for David Alcorta. Went above and beyond. One of the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Definitely worth the drive.

John Speck got me in the BEST car for what I was needing and looking for, and at a GREAT cost. He is a VERY knowledgeable salesman and is willing to go above and beyond to get you in a car that is the perfect fit for you! My financial agent Toby Williams was equally helpful at getting me the best financing option for me as well as helping get me added protections for my new to me Corolla! Everyone at that dealership is so amazing and professional. I will definitely be a repeat client with them in the future. Keep up the great work Toyota of Victoria!

My morning doctors appointment in Victoria was postponed to another date so since i was already just down the street from Victoria Toyota I came in a few hours early today ( my oil change was scheduled for 2:00 PM) to see if they could squeeze me in so I could get home early. They said yes. They did a good job and everyone was so friendly!!

Do everything you can to keep him as an employee, he really knows how to welcome you and make you feel like a person they are happy to have as a customer. He found out for me that my salesman was no longer there and gave my info to the sales Mgr Justin to try to get my vehicle (sp) Moroni sticker i ve been waiting on for 9 mos

I set my truck in on a Tuesday and had multiple calls back and forth with my advisor. Yes I had a long list of things for them to fix but when I returned to Texas on the following Tuesday and called to pick up my truck a new advisor was assigned and my truck was not fixed. He was real nice about the situation. The main reason my truck went in was not even taken care of and some of the requested issues were not done. I was told that it was a minor issue and was fixed when I last spoke to first advisor and when I called to check the new advisor said that it was a different issue. He said it was the pumps and valves, which were all replaced in 2016 and now it's 2019 and they have to replace again really no one sees an issue with that. I went from paying an estimate of $1600 to actually paying $4372.06 what a difference. I don't see how this issue with the pumps and valves has happened in so few years. Then I requested for my cruise control to be fixed. First advisor stated it was fixed. I'm on my way home and got half way and tried the cruise control and guess what IT DOESNT WORK. I call the new advisor and he kindly tells me, the next time your in Victoria bring it by and they can diagnose it to see what the problem is. REALLY THAT SHOULD OF BEEN DONE AND FIXED. I just want to scream. I'm not paying Toyota of Victoria any more to have this done because they failed to check. I am looking for the next closest Toyota Dealership. Very disappointed .

My wife Donna and I had a great experience at the Victoria Toyota auto dealership. We had called ahead to make sure they had the vehicle we were interested in. We spoke with Sean Harris who said he would pull the Land Cruiser around the front so we could view and do a test drive. Sean met us and he went through all the options and took us on a test drive while explaining the options on the vehicle as we drove. Back at the dealership we explained that we were interested in a specific interior and exterior color which Sean did not have on site He checked his network and was able to find exactly what we wanted. I spent the next morning filling out paperwork while Sean arranged to have the specific vehicle delivered. I worked with Nigel on the finances who was also very helpful and knowledgeable. We will pick up our vehicle tomorrow. I appreciate the professionalism of both Sean and Nigel and would absolutely recommend this dealership as a awesome place to buy a Toyota as an example of great salesmanship Sean told me he could give me a great deal on my Ford F-250 on a new Tundra

Was charged for a oil change that was promised to be free over the phone and at drop off. Ended up not being free and service advisor tried charging me 80 for his simple mistake. He believed I was under a service plan without properly checking the mileage and when the vehicle was sold. Even though I ended up paying 40 this should not have charged me anything. Service advisor made a mistake and should be liable for is actions. He shouldn t not have promised it was free and if anything he is a post to say no charge. I probably won t come back due to the unprofessional attitude of letting customers eat the simple mistakes that employees make.

I took my truck in for its 15K service. I was told by my service agent Ahmed that the service would take approximately 35 minutes, which took almost 2 hours. I never saw my paperwork or got the particulars of the service, but because I didn t have time and they would just mail them to me. I never signed off on anything. The actual service was fine, and usually my experience is stellar, I was just at the mercy of an inexperienced service agent.

I bought my car back in October 2016 and I've been meaning to give my review. It's almost been a year and I still can't forget the terrible experience. First of all they have terrible customer service. Make sure you really check and make sure what all the extra charges and fees are for. They force a GPS locator fee, that i did not want but had no choice but to pay for. I felt like I was getting cheated and lied to, no one was friendly. I asked if they car price would go down if I paid the car cash (because I felt that the interest was to high) and they said that "it would cost the same amount if I paid it cash". Too many hidden fees, everytime I asked for the total amount I could never get a straight answer.

Sadly, you can tell these people are just so money hungry and don't care about your true car needs.
Will never give them my business again or ever recommend to anyone.
