Just had my FIRST service on my new Tundra. THEY DID NOT PUT ON THE LUGNUTS. When I pulled out onto Navarro my tire almost fell off. They did fix the issue but BRAND NEW truck and they don t secure the tires. Wonder if the oil change was done right?? Manage was gracious and fixed the issue but geez.
When we got there they were all friendly to us. The lady that we talked to was funny and made a few jokes. We were out of there pretty fast and we got to eat popcorn and cookies

Excellent service by staff but I did encounter a issue with the paperwork. I had my car inspected and when I went to buy my registration sticker, the office professional pointed out a mistake. The paperwork showed I owned a different car. I had to drive back across town to Toyota of Victoria. They were apologetic and corrected the error.
We brought in our 06 Tacoma for some AC work, oil change, and tire rotation. Michelle was very helpful and kept us informed on what we thought would be a simple fix. Would definitely go back if any other services are needed.

I took my vehicle in shortly before my appointment time. I was greeted warmly and someone was there quickly to sign me in. The car was finished in a reasonable amount of time, and I received a phone call as I expected. Checkout was quick and easy. The older man who greeted me when I first arrived and brought the car around at the end is one of your best assets!
Truly horrible experience. They quote you prices/ trade-in values, then go back on their word. Very untrustworthy. Convey of condescending information. All I was expecting was a fair car purchase. They seem not to honor their words.

First I received a call to come in for a courtesy wash. I was expecting a wash. When I arrived , I was told this visit was for an oil change and a tire rotation , which was fine, but i was still expecting a wash. When I picked up my vehicle, it was not washed so I called to ask about it. Nobody in Service could answer my question about the wash so I called Zach, who was helping me when i checked in and left a message for him and asked him to return my call.
Service Department said they would check into it and call me back.
I heard from nobody to even clarify what happened. I felt I deserved at least a phone call just to explain what may have happened, just as a courtesy.
My service advisor was Nick Franco. He was very helpful and kept me updated on my service progress. When he advised, that I needed alignment, I declined thinking my tire place would take care of it. He told me, he didn t think so, but that was okay. I found out he was right, when I called my tire place. The tire place gave a couple of names of places that would probably be less expensive, but since Nick had not pressured me to make a decision right away, I wanted to give the job to him. He treated me with respect. I want him to know I appreciate it!
I was very unhappy to check my Apex GPS tracking on my car to find that a man employed by Toyota was recklessly driving my car numerous times at 85 mph from Port Lavaca, to Victoria to Toyota, so that I could pick it up from having a recalled part replaced. This mans actions in another person's vehicle is unprofessional. I have already contacted Ryan in service department who was helping with getting my car repaired and did not get a response back.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do Not Buy 2020 Camry!!! It has a battery drain issue that leaves you stranded and scratching your head if you left something on. So I take it to service so they can tell me nothing is wrong with the battery which I knew and they recommend me to turn my car on everyday. How you going to tell me to turn on a BRAND NEW CAR EVERY DAY BECAUSE ITS DRAINING THE BATTERY SITTING THERE. So all of a sudden there s a program that could possibly fix it. You buy new vehicles so you don t have problems!
Although the time frame was no where near what the receptionist said, i was glad my serviceman was straight eith me as soon as i got there. Everyone was very nice. However because i am still having trouble with gas tank cover since last checkup, it will determine how my next review will be.
Very underwhelming and nearly frustrating. Once taking my vehicle to be inspected I expected to receive it in a 1-2 hour window, this was not the case. I was told I would have to drive back tomorrow(I live 1 hour from Toyota of victoria) with the rental they issued me. After being informed my vehicle was ready to be picked up and driving back to the center, it took another 1-2 hour window just for me to receive my vehicle. The most offensive action of this center is that once my vehicle was finished my college parking sticker and my sports sticker on my car were ripped off, never to be returned. The cookies were the only bright spot. If I could choose another center to do my business, I would.
I have always been treated very well at Toyota of Victoria service center. The staff is always friendly and go out of there way to help.
The last time my car was serviced I did not receive one of these due to the company knowing they put my alternator belt on too tight. My car now makes sounds at times when I turn on my car that is loud and streaks. This current service dealt with my alternator we will see how they do when the part comes in. They asked me to prepay which is over $500 to $600 before they ordered the part.
I was not impressed with the service. My Toyota was there for almost 5 hrs and when I got home I noticed the door seal was hanging loose and nut covers for handle was in door cubby. I reached out to my technician that checked me in and left message and also left message with service manager and received no response.
The lady that helped me from the internet was great really nice, she referred me to Brandon the salesman he was very helpful and thorough. Price was reasonable. Only thing is it just seemed to take a long time to get the deal done. Overall good experience.
Easily the worst business I have ever worked with. Agreed on a deal with a car, had it in writing, and drove several hours to pick it up. When I got their the manager told me that they sold the car to someone else and that is just 'business.'

Worst Experience- If your a single mom trying to get your son his first car be-careful. I got a car for 10,000 and by the time we were ready to sign they added warranty package saying the bank approved it with this, making it 15,000. When I said I didn't need the extra warranty; they said the loan did not go through and when I called the bank they said Toyota didn't send them paper work on time and that we can redo it. I receive unpleasant texts telling us just to bring the car back. Mind you we live in corpus, and the car has had insurance from the day the car was taken off the lott August 5,2017. I wish I could post pictures of all the texts and emails.

This was my second car I got from Toyota, and I have to admit my experience wasn't as great as my 1st one my sales repersentative was excellent Rudy Guerrero he was very nice and helpful, I still wasn't very happy with my experience my payments were a lot more than I wanted and I had to settle with a 2014 Camry.
They were very eager to get me into a new vehicle, they made a great deal up front. Now the downside, its been a month and they have not paid off my old vehicle and its showing delinquent in credit reports! I called them today and they basically told me it is what it is.... WOW, really!!! Its not my fault you guys set up the deal that you did, why should I have to suffer the consequences? If Im still responsible for the other vehicle that you were supposed to pay off a month ago maybe I should just go get that one back and you can keep your new tundra...

Went to Toyota after receiving a price sheet with a quote on it that fit my budget. Scheduled an appointment and went in to the dealership to do paperwork and get my new vehicle. Thank you, Stacey, Peter and Boyce. Toyota honored the initial quote and I was able to trade in my 2016 Dodge Ram for a 2021 Toyota 4Runner! Over all very happy with my purchase and the service!
Bait and switch ripoff artists. 15k car financed with 5k down would have cost me nearly 25k with a credit score over 700. 5k cash down payment somehow vanished into thin air when payments were calculated. Punch in monthly payment amount x months, you will be shocked. Also have upcharges for scotchguard and other things they don't disclose amounts of, if they even do it at all. Caveat Emptor!
And the GPS tracking to supposedly locate your stolen car is really so they can repo it easier when you can't make the payments. The salesmen will show you a text thread from someone so grateful that their stolen car was retrieved, but I think everything I was told was a setup to be scammed. Beware of the 'demo' car . . .

I've been happy, but today I had an appointment for an oil change and 6 month check up. My 1st, and I was told about 1hour and 1/2 ... well after 3 HOURS I'm finely out I'm HUNGRY and cranky ...
I had called in to see if they had an opening for me to be able to take my car in for an inspection. They told me yes and to be there by 11:15. I showed up about 10 minutes early and in about 15 minutes they had checked my car out and had it back waiting for me. Awesome service from the phone call to the advisor and work needed done. They definitely put the customer first !!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Toyota of Victoria! Eulogio and Mark were fantastic and so easy to work with. We called and spoke with several dealerships across Texas about different 4runners and Eulogio was the only one who could answer all my questions immediately without having to hang up on me and look at the car he knew everything about it right off the bat! . Took me right in, waited in waiting room about one hour. There was several customers ahead of me. Service rep. Explaned what they had done. Paid fee and left. Easy as that.
Me and my wife bought two cars as in Toyota Camry one on lease (2018) and another on Finance (2019). It was on November 15th, Till now we are unable to receive any documents beside sales agreement. I had trade in me and my wife car to pay off my Toyota Camry 2017. Till date that has not been paid off. I am still getting collection Calls. I guess the finance department should be vigilant enough to take care of such issues.

Shout out to Robert , crystal and the managers at this dealership! After literally being turned down from every place I tried from Victoria to Houston ! I went online and filled out a contact me form . I explained to crystal my situation and she told me she thought her managers would be able to help me ! Long story short I ended up getting a 2019 Toyota Yaris sedan ! The exact car I had my eye on when searching online ! I didn t expect to get an approval at all but not only did they get me an approval but an approval for a BRAND NEW CAR ! These people literally made a miracle happen for me !
