I had unexpected car trouble while spending a few days in Yorktown, Texas. So I decided to take my Prius to the Toyota dealer in Victoria and it was the best decision! they gave me a brand new Prius to drive around town while mine was getting fixed, they were quick and the service was excellent! couldn't have asked for better people. I'm considering buying my next Prius from them :D

Staff were polite and offered me to go to Atzenhoffer which would be cheaper. I paid the money for the oil change because I know that booking an appointment with Atzenhoffer could take a week. They had a nice waiting area and friendly staff.

Mr. Danny Gutierrez gave us an excellent service!! If you need a new car, he is the person to go to. Very professional, amicable, and knowledgeable about the Toyota cars. Managers were also great helping us get the best price for our car. We couldn't have gone to a better place.

The best Toyota dealership I ve ever been to!!! $80 for a tire rotation and oil change, and checked all my fluids and such. Greg was a wonderful service advisor and didn t try and push extra things on me like other service advisors do, he was very honest and upfront and I really appreciated that about him. Best service advisor I ve ever worked with, best dealership I ve ever worked with.

Talked to sales rep through the week and told them i was going to buy a used car but after driving 3 hours to get there they told me oh we sent it to auction yesterday. Very unprofessional and a total waste of my time i will never return and would not recommend any of my friends or family ever buy from them

Joshua Smith, Brandon Davis, and Nigel Dickinson were absolutely amazing when I was purchasing my first car. I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped inside the dealership. Joshua was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I had exactly what I needed, Brandon was kind and helpful, and Nigel was patient and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

My family has bought several vehicles from Toyota in Victoria. We always had excellent service, but today everything changed. After having my debit card run three separate times and my bank advising them it can take several days to reimburse the funds, the experience turned very unpleasant. After the service department gave poor customer service I don t know if I will ever do business again with this dealership!! If I could give negative stars I would

Drove 1 hr to go see a vehicle and was ready to purchase. Had a purchase order ready from our bank to make a deal. Dealership adds $2000 to the web/online price unless we finance through Toyota. They sent some young rude kid Mark Hernandez to explain the process when there was nothing to explain. We clearly wanted the listed online sales price and he wanted to raise the price $2000 more. He said they would only sell it to us at the online price if we used their bank not ours. Seems like the only one who did not understand was Mark who also needs to work on his approach. This kid probably has run off more customers with his egotistic attitude. I will NEVER return to this dealership. We own and love our Toyota 4 Runner, and I was planning to buy me a Toyota Camry and later another 4-Runner for our daughter for graduation. This dealership could of had a long time customer. I ve never had such a horrible experience.

I appreciate being able to drop my car off early and that the early bird envelopes are easily accessible. I also appreciate the calls I received to ascertain the services I required. The service was completed in record time. The people working in the service department were pleasant and efficient. Excellent service, as always!

I rarely rave about a dealership and how the process is, however Mark Hernandez and Louis Aguilar treated me like royalty. Allowed me to have the car buying experience I wanted aka not sitting in a dealership for hours .... they continue to take care of my deal and providing me with customized service!! Pleased to see that old car salesmen style has vacated the Toyota Building!!!!

I live 40 minutes away so left my house at 6:30am ...

I live 40 minutes away so left my house at 6:30am for an oil change. I had scheduled an early appointment at 7:15am jus so I could get out promptly. Well I was there almost 2 hours.
This is ridiculous. I am going to purchase another Toyota in the next 6 months but due to service I am going elsewhere to shop.

DONT TRUST THE ONLINE VEHICLE EVALUATION!!! Even the manager, JOSH SMITH, will not honor the evaluation!
I live 4 hours away, and have my bank approval for $35,055 to purchase a truck. I knew I would be a little upside down in my trade, so I used the online vehicle evaluation. The evaluation came back at $10,525 - $12,625. When I submitted everything and asked for the buyer's order from the dealership, they was $900 over what my bank agreed to. I looked over the buyer's order, and my trade in was listed at $9,350. I contacted Josh Smith, and begged him to increase the trade in value to honor their online evaluation so I could make the purchase. He simply refused and stated they would not budge from the trade in listed. He gave up a 35k sale because he would not honor their online vehicle evaluation!!!!

The service (a brake inspection for an xB recall) was done quickly. I was greeted by a nice young lady who told me what they would do. Then she let me know right away when the brake work was done. She was nice, efficient and professional. Then I was on my way.

I just wanna give a big shout out to Virgina Sartuche she was a super nice sales lady and did an excellent job helping me out with the whole process I drove all the way from Houston TX late at night to look at a used Toyota Camry and ended driving in a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry with a great deal thank you Virginia and thank you Toyota of Victoria YALL ARE THE BEST IN TEXAS

Our truck broke down and we took it to Toyota of Victoria. even with the havoc of this situation, we had a great experience because of the knowledge and care of our service advisor, Lynn. Also, I want to mention the fantastic service and interest of Hilda, that was always nice with my multiple phone calls.

I've dealt with this dealership twice. Did not buy anything either time. I've dealt with san Marcos twice too. One good one bad experience. This one was both bad. Both times the salesman tried to sale me something i didn't want. I'll only highlight the second experience here. I wanted a very specific truck. A used ( yes that dirty word) tacoma 4 door 4x4 v6 w/ 6 speed MT TRD off road with tow package. I know, not simple but i was going to be patient all things considered. I got with the internet sales guy thinking this would be the man to talk to. 1 month later to the day he calls me saying he found one and set up a meeting. I roll in after work, he hands me a credit waiver. I told him i had my own creditor. He tells me to fill it out so they have it on file incase they can deal me better. Swore they wouldn't run my credit ( which was shaky at the time 540). He goes over the laundry list of what i wanted again. Turns out he DIDN'T have the truck. He left, came back "bad news, they don't make the v6 with the manual, i can get you a 4 cylinder with the 5 speed"
I said yes they do. He left came back saying "they don't make the 4x4 with the 6 speed"
I said yes they do. He left came back and said "ok ill find you that vehicle"
We shook hands and left. Not 4 blocks down the road i get an alert on my phone saying a hard inquiry was made on my credit..."toyota victoria tx" ( my oh my) then as I'm reading this he calls me saying "i think i found one, can you come back?"
When i got there he said "they just don't make the 6 speed with the 4 door"
I said...yes...they...do!! He took me to the computer to build a new one...a NEW ONE! Ok i was willing to see where this went. Him showed me ( just as the site is now) that there was no trd 4x4 with 6 speed option.
I took over the computer, pulled up cars guru and showed him 2!! One in Alvin i had been looking at (2012 with 50k for $27k). He looked shocked. Said they were affiliated with that lot and assured me he'd get it. I called the lady who ran the lot...no affiliation...( ok...)
The next day he texts me "found one in Alvin, black like you wanted" sent a pic...TRD sport. I'd specifically told him before i didn't want a sport. I came in agreed to look at it, then he starts asking for money down. "No i won't put money down on a vehicle I've never seen" asks me to sign an intent to do business. After running my credit? No way man! ( one of my best friends was a car salesman and is a career i may venture into soon hence the reason i know specific details about these astounding vehicles)
He promises me a shipment date of the following day. Next day he texts me, at the end if the day btw, "they won't send it here's the sales man's number".
I talked to this young arrogant punk who tells me at the end of a poorly formed sales speal "call me when you want a REAL truck" (i couldn't make this stuff up)
So FURIOUS over all this i got on craigslist found exactly what was looking for in San Antonio. Talked to the guy ( private owner nice as all get out) and bought it at a great deal within one week. Took my truck up there to show the "salesman" ( whom my co worker used once and never went back), and yes it was very satisfying. LEARN YOUR VEHICLES! LEARN HOW TO SALE!
I understand it's not the dealerships fault nor management. I will give them another chance but unlikely that I'll be impressed. I'm difficult to please but not impossible. Show me you know more about this vehicle than i do. It is your job you know.
