I drive past two Toyota dealerships just to visit DCH of Simi Valley. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and I have never had a bad experience there. They always go out of their way to give me a fantastic customer service experience. They are friendly to a fault and they approach a customer with the mindset of the customer. They have become like family to me. Their remodeled service and showroom is a pleasure to visit and even though they service my car in record time, I sometimes wish it would take longer so I may spend more time browsing the snack bar or the lounge area. I highly recommend them for all your buying or service needs.
