5 Stars for their service department, they get those oil changes and inspections done in no time it's pretty crazy. Their sales department on the other hand is lackluster. Thousand oaks Toyota could teach them a bit in sales customer service. I'm going four stars because honestly I come here more for the servicing and the two cars I bought we're not through here because we couldn't come to an agreement and thousand oaks has treated me right and brought a better deal 3 times so far.
