We found working with Michael Dowl to be a pleasurable and valuable experience. He allowed us the time to assess which model of Toyota we wanted and was very accommodating answering our questions. We were very comfortable with him and didn't feel any of the pressure as we have experienced at other dealerships in the past.

By the time we left the dealership, we felt almost as friends with Michael. He was so easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the models that he introduced us to. I would be happy to recommend him to any of our friends.
