I cannot speak for sales, but the service department has always been very good at DCH Simi. I ve had 3 different leases in the last 9 years and I ve almost always serviced them here. The communication is very open and clear. Shuttles are very readily available to drop customers home after a drop off. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. It is clear to me that they strive for customers to feel good about bringing their cars there. They are also quite well organized and get things done in a very timely manner. They will continue to have my business as long as I own a Toyota (which will probably be a while).
